I purchased and received a DOA power supply which cost me about $50. I then had to ship it back on RMA which cost me another $20. I have not received a refund and have instituted a PayPal claim. If PayPal does not rule in my favor, I just lost $70 and I don't even have a cardboard box to show for it.

I cannot recommend this company. They lied about shipping the product. They provided a phony tracking number. It has been more than two weeks now and still don't have a valid tracking number and haven't heard from them. I have done business with Newegg for more than a decade and they have been one of favorite vendors, unitl now. They should stop doing business with Bulb America.

Prompt shipping, called them about a missing remote, and they were very very helpful over the phone and explained what happend, appologised for the problem and shipped out a new one as soon as they were available. So happy with them that I ordered more.
