Got a fake Syma S107G. Tail rotor stopped working after 5 days. Called and emailed for replacement, promised, but now 3 weeks later have given up. Suggest looking elsewhere, at least if you are considering RC helicopter.

I ordered a small RC heli. Was cheap. Would not turn on. Decided not to pursue the RMA because the time would cost me more than what I paid for it. This was my first and last purchase from a vendor outside of New Egg!!

Ordered a Syma 107, it came via usmail in a bag with bubble wrap. It was crushed and looked to be a knock off. After an email they sent another, it arrived just like the first one. At that point I just gave up!
I will not order from a newegg market place seller in the future.

i ordered a syma rc toy helicopter: TY SYMA|H-S107-Y R
it never arrived. its been over a month now and i'm still trying to get my money back. take your hard earned money and business elsewhere. this seller doesnt care.

Initial helo had no tail rotor function. 3 weeks after RMA request, I got a reply that another would be sent. Replacement was wrong color, an obvious return and one of the main rotor motors didn't work. Couldn't possibly recommenmd this seller. Hoping to salvage parts from both units to make one that works correctly.

Seller shipped product in reasonable time, but the product broke immediately and I have still not been refunded nor have I received a replacement. I have yet to receive any kind of contact from the the seller either.

Bought item last year and yet to revive it. Was given a wrong tracking number and still haven't heard from joyfay after multiple emails and calls. Had to buy something else for my lil one bday cause gift never arrived

i still have yet to receive the helicopter i purchased. it was supposed to be there before christmas. it still has not arrived. the tracking information is done through USPS...entered that tracking number on their website and all it says is USPS confirms the package was received.
i would not recommend this seller at all. i didnt look before i purchased this one. i didnt know it was from a seller other than newegg.
