I let them know my product didn't arrive. They wanted me to work with Fedex to file a help them get their money back so they could give it to me. 10 phonecalls and emails later I filled a paypal dispute where newegg initially refused to pay, i informed newegg that they were in no position to negotiate. Newegg then refunded my money.

RMA Policy
- Please notify us if there is a problem within 30 days of receiving the product. Return without a valid RMA number will NOT be accepted.
All non-defective, undamaged products, or a result of customer error will be subject to an actual shipping fee deduction from the refund. S&H is not refundable. Buyer pays return shipping, and 15% restocking fee applies.
A defective merchandise exchange, in a brand new condition. We will pay the return shipping. A return request has to be submitted within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise, and must be in its original package.
Please contact us for a RMA number. The original receipt or a record of the purchase is REQUIRED on all returns. Return products must also be in its original condition: including box, UPC bar code, packaging,and all other accessories.
Returned product(s) must be in the original packaging material. If any surcharge such as over-sized fee occurs due to the return in unoriginal packing, the fee will be deducted from the refund.
