Rating + 1 Business Must Be Great

I'm giving one egg because I did get one of my items. However, that was 50% of my order. The other item I did not receive, but because I got a large number of packages at the same time, I did not realize the item was missing until some days later. When I realized it, I immediately emailed Botach and let them know it was missing from my order. No response. Days went by and I emailed them again, politely suggesting that satisfied customers are more likely to order again. Still no response. So, today I tried calling them. I called 5 times and maxed out their hold time each time. So, business must be so good that they can just ignore customers who have a complaint. Safe to say I won't be purchasing anything from them anymore.

Rating + 3 Uh...ok...what?

I sent one email asking for an update on shipping 3 weeks after I placed an order. One week after that I get a refund check from them in the mail -- no communication, no explanation, no refund to the credit card, no attached note, just a check. I appreciate their willingness to send a refund (instead of just holding it until the item comes in stock), but some kind of communication should have taken place.

I'm giving them 3 eggs because of what appears to be fair treatment (they did send a refund). They deserve 0 for communication, 5 for prices.

Item shipped same day and arrived in 1 day. It was brand new and sealed as promised with no outward box damage. The sale went so smooth I thought I was purchasing from newegg and didn't realize it was a private seller, but glad I could help out a small company.

Rating + 1 terrible customer service

Received a defective item, and received nothing but the run around for what should have been a simple return/ exchange. Botach needs get thier act together with the customer service aspect of things. The price was good, and delivery was quick, but that means nothing if they do not carry the ball when there is a problem.

Rating + 3 False Advertising

First I love the the light, I have spent considerable time searching for this light to replace the current light on my firefighting turn-out gear. I love the light and shipping was fast and price was right. However they mislead me. I wanted to order the light with the optional gear-keeper lanyard. When I put that part number in the google search this seller and this item came up. The seller included a picture of the light with optional gear-keeper. So I assumed that was the item I was ordering. However when the item came in the mail it was just the plain light with no gear keeper. So I was fooled either on purpose or on accident. They should have specified that they were selling only the light not the optional gear-keeper as well... Now I have to find some one to buy this one so I can purchase the one I want or pay additional money to get a gear-keeper for this one... Oh well shame on me for not sending an email first to clarify this with the seller... Shame on them for false ads...

    Refunds

    Damaged Items

    Return Shipping
    Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store) is like or comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost.

    Replacement

    Returning Items

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
