Rating + 1 Worst Experience Ever

I ordered four speakers from these people. the order was just sitting in limbo for about a week. I left emails after calling them with no response. I pout in a cancel order with Newegg. Then they shipped the order. Why did it take a cancel order to get there people to move. I give Craaudio Closeout. One star to many for the because there is no 0 eggs to give out for reviews. I will never never purchase from Caraudio Closeout again

Rating + 1 Worst Newegg experience EVER!

Horrible (actually, non-existant) customer service. This was part of a $1500.00 order from Newegg and I received everything else before this vendor even verified my order! I contacted customer service twice about what the problem was and never received a response. I will never order from this vendor again and maybe not through Newegg again! Reading reviews, I am not the first customer to voice this complaint from this vendor.

Rating + 1 they don't price match

Another online competitor was cheaper on the same item, but when I asked for their so called price match guarantee they said they wouldn't honor it because the other sight didn't qualify as a recognized competitors. So basically they don't really price match.

Ten days after my order was paid and they haven't shipped. I've tried calling and emailing them and i never get a response. Here's hoping they aren't a scam.

Rating + 4 good service

I had to order my sub twice wich was a little agravating,after 3 days i sent them a email asking why my order had not shipped yet.they promptly returned a message and my order was on the road the next day.so even though the proccess was a little bit sluggish it did get shipped in an acceptable time frame.over all I am pleased with the ordering proccess,when it gets here I will update.

Rating + 1 Lousy Process and Shipping

2 days after my order I contacted the seller via e-mail and was told shipping had the order and would be sending it out.

A day later, no response on a tracking number so I called. I was told they did not receive the order. A little back tracking, they found the order and a day later finally shipped it and I received a tracking number.

I tracked the package and they wrote the wrong address on the package. A clerical error by the seller. I contacted UPS but they said any adjustments in shipping had to be done by the sender. I emailed them and called them for the following 3 days and could never get a response. Being proactive, I was able to have the package held at the local UPS facility and pick it up in person.

I saved a couple bucks buying from these guys this time. Next time, I'll spend a couple more bucks for a real company and not one that operates part time.

Rating + 2 Question What is Advertised

The original add posted on the Market Place was for two JVC digital media receivers at what appeared to be a competitive closeout price for two units. I placed an order, but only one receiver arrived. I contacted Newegg and explained what had occurred to a pleasant lady on the phone. She called back later and explained that the add was a mistake, and the so-called closeout price should have been for only one receiver. But, since the add did specify a pair of receivers, a second receiver was being shipped ASAP. I pointed out to the Newegg rep that the advertised price was $1 higher than the MSRP, and in no way was a good deal for only one receiver. I did receive the second receiver promptly, and am quite satisfied with the product. My advice - question everything.

Rating + 2 1/2 is half-bad

Only one of the products purchased was as described. The other product, GRT104-4 came out instead as GRT04-20, which are cheaper 4ga ring terminals. I expected to receive GRT104-4 and GRT02-20 and instead received GRT04-20 and GRT02-20.

Rating + 5 Good customer service!

These guys go the extra mile to make sure things happen smoothly for their customers. I wont get into details about why I had to deal with their customer service but they pretty much made my experience a hassle free one (slight inconvenience originally).

Quick to action and rectify the issue and even called me twice for various reasons regarding my purchase.

Top notch and would buy from them again!

Shipping charges incurred by CACO and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to your return of unopened original condition item.

RMA instructions
