Rating + 5 Nice sweet amp

I put this amp to the test and it's awesome. I finally have adjusted all the settings and running 2 12'' Earthquake DB12's @ 4 Ohm load and it simply never over-heats at all. I played it all daylong and what an awesome amp so far. I love the Bass-knob, adjustment for the bass is so cool. I had an old school Hifonics Boltar running Mono-bridged @ 4 Ohm @ 700 Rms and it sounded good, but after an hour of playing it got extremely hot and shut down, so had to go back to 200 Rms x 2. and it ran all day long with no problems, but it doesn't compare to the BRX2400.1D Brutus Mono Sub-woofer Amplifier. You need a good sounding amp for 3 bills, you can't go wrong with this one, get it, you won't regret it.

One other thing that was mentioned with the amp. It stated..''Mounting amplifiers to speaker enclosures is not recommended as this can cause damage to the amplifier components''

I mounted mine on top of my enclosure with quarter inch spacer nuts on each corner that raise the amp up off the enclosure of ¼ inch and then mount the screws and then your all set. Time will tell if any problem will arise with any of the amplifier components. I had my other Hifonics Boltar mounted the same way forever 12 years with no problems at all.

Rating + 1 Warning! Warning! Warning! Do not buy!

I have spent thousands of dollars at newegg and never had a problem until I purchased some speakers from onlinecarstereo! They printed a tracking number right away but never shipped item. I finally got them to respond to my email some time later and they claimed shipper lost my package and they were out of speakers I ordered but could upgrade me to next model. I said ok and never heard from them again. Had to go to newegg to get my refund, terrible seller.

This seller has the worst communication i have ever experienced. You cannot speak to anyone related to internet sales, especially through this site. Only goes to voicemail and never return calls. I had the same issues trying to buy direct from them in the past. Thought they might have changed...Nope

I ordered speakers from this seller. I ended up getting the wrong ones. I needed to get 6x8 and I ordered 6x9. I wanted to return these ones and then get the right ones. I tried to get a hold of this customer twice and they never responded to my request or inquiries. I said the box was unopened.

Rating + 1 Online Stereo Disaster

I bought the Kenwood DDX371 but was sent the DDX382BT. Told I would be receiving a refund which has yet to happen. Talked to several people at Online Car Stereo and each appears to have the same attitude. Poor company .... Poor attitudes .... no customer service.... I have bought from them for years ... I will no longer. I recommend paying extra to do business anywhere else besides Online Car Stereo.

If i could give less than 1 egg I would. I ordered an alpine swr-10D2, and received a swr-10-d4. Called them, finally got through after 2 days of trying, and they told me, "well you know the dual 4 ohm can be wired to 2 ohm".... No duh, but i want the dual 2 ohm to be wired to 1 ohm.... Then they suggested i find a store near me and try to return it that way. shady shady seller. And they would not email me a ups return label, they said I could only return in through newegg.

I purchased the sub on the 15th of April and was shipped, then 5 days later tracking # was cancelled, then I get an email with new tracking # but no explanation why 5-7 business days for delivery becomes 9-12 business days, need better communication with customers

Rating + 1 Joke of a Company

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They created a UPS label the day I ordered the item and then NEVER shipped it out. Ignored all calls or forwarded me to a voice mail. Tried asking for a manager and they refused. The only reason why I got my money back was because I talked to NewEgg. After that OnlineCarStereo blamed it on UPS and continued to ignore my messages and calls. I will never buy from them again and advise you not to.

TL;DR: Sketchy business, spend a little bit more for something more reliable.

This seller went out of their way to make a the sale and they were easily contacted. New in the box JL 600/4 Amp. I haven't connected it yet, but it looks exactly the same as the one I ordered directly from JL Audio.

People were nice on the phone and very helpful.

RMA Policy
