Rating + 2 Item received disfunctional though prompt refund (at my expense for return shipping).

Received the Sharp Digital Alarm Clock SPC457 that I ordered in good time with free shipping; but the item wasn't functioning properly: the time reset to 12:00 after pressing the Snooze/Light button rendering the unit basically useless (Chinese knockoff ???) . The vendor provided a prompt refund but I was out the $3.40 return shipping for the $8.99 item - Ouch!

The seller sent me a defective watch. The date dial is not working. I contacted the seller and he emailed me back saying "return label attached!" but nothing was attached. Very shady seller!

Rating + 1 Watch purchase

I ordered a Pulsar watch. When it arrived it was running, and evidently had been for a LONG time, because just after I set it up, the battery died. I returned the watch and asked for a replacement. After nearly 4 weeks, I again contacted the seller and was told they hadn't received it yet. Couple more contacts and they found it. A replacement watch was NOT sent, I received a refund which was not what I wanted. Would not recommend seller.

the watch was purchased as a new watch for a gift. When I received it, i can clearly see that it was used. It had dents on the side and very disappointed.

VERY SLOW SHIPPING , WHICH IS OK AS LOMG AS YOU SHIP THE RIGHT ITEM!. if you buy from him, i guarantee he will send you wrong CHEAPER item, i am not the first person who he has done it too. read the other reviews too. Bottom line NEVER IGNORE THE WARNINGS OF REVIEWERS AS ID DID.

Sent me a wrong watch with a note that they will not be reachable during next two weeks. The delivery took 8 days instead of "3-5 days". Awful customer service :(
