Rating + 1 Horrible customer service

I'd rate them 0 stars if I could. I ordered a pair of sunglasses. When I got them, they were the wrong color frames AND lens. When I attempted to contact the seller TWICE I got no response each time. Six days went by and still no response. I finally had to contact newegg support to assist. Still waiting on final resolution.

I ordered Magnolia Orchid firming and lifting concentrate. I am very disappointed with the product. I called SW Global customer serivice but no one ever answered the phone. The greeting on the voice mail is different company. I sent them email but no response. I even doubt if SW Global company exists. It's a scam. Don't order anything from tnis company.

the order took almost 3 weeks to arrive and the seller never reply me email to follow up my order......and the newegg customer service takes too long to reply.....and they couldnt even solve my problem if i order from marketplace....

This vendor shipped the item ordered in spite of my having called their customer service number to cancel the order. I will never order from newegg and especially from SW global ever again. Neither entity did much to help cancel the order even though I called the next day to advise that i no longer wanted the order to be completed.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
