Rating + 5 Great seller! Definitely NewEgg Qualified!

I ordered an Antec 80mm Blue LED fan from this seller and they provided me a tracking number within two calendar days (one business day as I had ordered it on a Saturday). When I had a question regarding the courier (UPS MI), they were quick to respond that the name was UPS Mail Innovations. Tracking information provided at UPS website indicated that I would receive the fan the following Monday, but it arrived on the Saturday previous to that, so I was extremely surprised and delighted with both their response and their shipping choice. I would buy again from them and would also recommend them to others as well!

Rating + 1 Horrible Seller

Worst experience I have ever had with a seller. Received a tracking number in 3 days and 5 days later, the package hadn't moved. When I called, was told they didn't know what happened to it. Asked them to overnight another. They said no problem. Called back the next day to get the new tracking number and they said they hadn't mailed it yet. Called back a third time to get the tracking number (they never once contacted me, though they promised to many times). Took them 15 business days (and 4 calls from me to them) to process 3-5 business day shipping. Will never buy ANYTHING from them again. I have been soured on the whole "marketplace" concept. I will only buy directly from newegg in the future (bought many items from newegg and never had an issue).

Rating + 4 Grace radio battery

The battery worked great. This is the second battery I bought from Beach Audio. I bought a battery from them thru e Bey. It was dead but the Grace radio didn't show any problems. By the time I realized the battery wasn't charging, the battery was past the return period. I contacted them and was told nothing could be done. But I needed the battery but this time thru Newegg because I thought I had a better chance of getting a working battery and would get better support if the battery arrived dead.

I ordered a 12/24 hour forecaster and was sent a weatherforecasting/alarm clock instead. I am attempting to rectify the situation, but am having difficulties in doing so.

The product was in a shipping box with packing peanuts, it was a great job with packaging and it arrived on time.

Didn't have to deal with customer service, however I'm overall pleased since the product showed up and works.

It was necessary for me to cancel my order. They claimed it would take 24 hours to process the cancellation. The product was still shipped well after the 24 period they claimed. Their communication was fast, but their response time to action was detrimentally slow

Rating + 1 What a nightmare!

Described product as OEM but arrived as generic. Taking forever to process return (still waiting). Sales rep acts dumb and I had to be constantly on his case to get process moving. Save yourself some grief and stay away from them! Newegg will do well to dump them.

    Excluded Items - Due to their fragility, the following items may not be returned once received for any reason: Televisions 42" and larger, furniture (including massage chairs), and large appliances such as refrigerators. In addition, due to manufacturer restrictions, the following items can not be returned to us once they have been removed from their original product packaging: computers and notebooks, video projectors, video games, DVD´s, computer games, computer software, CD duplicators, air conditioners, ventilation systems, ceiling fans and activated satellite receiver units (DirecTV, Sirius, XM, etc).

    Defective Items - Defective items other then those mentions in "Excluded Items" above may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Due to the complexity of internet transactions, we do not offer exchanges, however we will gladly credit the outgoing ground shipping costs of a replacement order. Please notify us of the order number if a replacement order is made for a freight credit. Note: if the replacement is purchased using express shipping, only the Ground freight delivery cost will be refunded.

    Non-Defective Items - ALL non defective items may be returned for 30 days after delivery date. These returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Opened items must be in re-sellable condition and have ALL original packaging, accessories, manuals and warranty cards included. A larger restocking fee (20-50%) will be applied if the item is returned in a condition that prevents us from re-selling it.

    Damaged Items - In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please refuse shipment if the damage is external or notify us within 24 hours if the damage is concealed. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT DAMAGE CLAIMS AFTER 24 HOURS from sign date. Beach Audio, at it's sole discretion, will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund when and if the claim is settled with the carrier. Items shipped to freight forwarders must be inspected for damage prior to fowarding shipment. No damage claims will be accepted once an item leaves a freight forwarder.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
