They get 1 egg only because I have to.
Description of product ordered is for a pair of 9005 led headlights. What I got was 1 led dome light kit. Do not buy from them. Product was so cheap it was not worth my time to deal with the terrible Customer service, makes me wonder how much money they made doing this to others.

30 dt return policy? Bought on 3-5-15. 1 camera went pink, another camera has stayed dark.. Night vision not working. Blame Night Owl more than the re-seller, but a 30 day return policy is horrible. My fault for not reading the fine print.

Disappointed to get as packaged. small 4 x 6 boxed item was loose in 8.5 x 12, thinly padded bag.... just flying around in 4 times the space with no added protection to the product! Size bag could have carried some added padding or even been folded twice to utilize a more secure package. Add in the Fed Ex guy, who left it dumped at the doorstep of an apartment in an 8-plex, but Beach Audio/NewEgg not accountable for Fed Ex guy. Still, we're lucky it's even here --- and impending arrival of motherboard will tell the tale if the drive was damaged internally in shipping, from Neegg's or Beach Audio's lax packaging. Even though its a solid state drive, even just a couple extra folds of the huge bag and some tape, would have shown greater appreciation of the customer and some concern for the arrival of an intact product. SORELY disappointed - even if it works fine!!! I feel like a 1950's paperboy just threw my paper in the sprinkler... with no concern.

Was anticipating the Autoxray OBDII plug to take 8-10 days but it arrived in only 4 days which was a pleasant surprise. The item plugged right in and I was able to diagnose the CEL right away and fixed the problem in minutes!! Excellent product, excellent seller, fast shipping!

Rating + 5 pretty fly for a cable tie.

I bought these because I do construction and regular ear buds just pop out. Sound quality is pretty decent, I can hear and understand what I'm hearing with saws and various other tools running. And they don't fall out. Lets say they stay in your ear so good That I jumped out of my pickup truck wearing them, the wire was looped around me knee without me know because my phone was in my pocket. I managed to rip the cable in half and the dead bud was still in my ear, so I'm ordering a second set. I didn't think it would last long at my job, but they lasted a month before a ripped tha tcable out, that is how good they are at staying in your ear. so if you need them to stay in because you move a lot, they will rip in two before they fall out. I'm going to buy several sets because they will always get destroyed at my job. Also I don't know why they say female. No ones would be none the wiser if they looked at them. I mean the hello kitty sparkles are just the cutest.

    Excluded Items - Due to their fragility, the following items may not be returned once received for any reason: Televisions 42" and larger, furniture (including massage chairs), and large appliances such as refrigerators. In addition, due to manufacturer restrictions, the following items can not be returned to us once they have been removed from their original product packaging: computers and notebooks, video projectors, video games, DVD´s, computer games, computer software, CD duplicators, air conditioners, ventilation systems, ceiling fans and activated satellite receiver units (DirecTV, Sirius, XM, etc).

    Defective Items - Defective items other then those mentions in "Excluded Items" above may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Due to the complexity of internet transactions, we do not offer exchanges, however we will gladly credit the outgoing ground shipping costs of a replacement order. Please notify us of the order number if a replacement order is made for a freight credit. Note: if the replacement is purchased using express shipping, only the Ground freight delivery cost will be refunded.

    Non-Defective Items - ALL non defective items may be returned for 30 days after delivery date. These returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Opened items must be in re-sellable condition and have ALL original packaging, accessories, manuals and warranty cards included. A larger restocking fee (20-50%) will be applied if the item is returned in a condition that prevents us from re-selling it.

    Damaged Items - In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please refuse shipment if the damage is external or notify us within 24 hours if the damage is concealed. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT DAMAGE CLAIMS AFTER 24 HOURS from sign date. Beach Audio, at it's sole discretion, will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund when and if the claim is settled with the carrier. Items shipped to freight forwarders must be inspected for damage prior to fowarding shipment. No damage claims will be accepted once an item leaves a freight forwarder.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
