Rating + 5 pretty fly for a cable tie.

I bought these because I do construction and regular ear buds just pop out. Sound quality is pretty decent, I can hear and understand what I'm hearing with saws and various other tools running. And they don't fall out. Lets say they stay in your ear so good That I jumped out of my pickup truck wearing them, the wire was looped around me knee without me know because my phone was in my pocket. I managed to rip the cable in half and the dead bud was still in my ear, so I'm ordering a second set. I didn't think it would last long at my job, but they lasted a month before a ripped tha tcable out, that is how good they are at staying in your ear. so if you need them to stay in because you move a lot, they will rip in two before they fall out. I'm going to buy several sets because they will always get destroyed at my job. Also I don't know why they say female. No ones would be none the wiser if they looked at them. I mean the hello kitty sparkles are just the cutest.

Ordered a $200 air purifier because my cat has asthma and I don't want her to die. My old purifier broke recently. I paid for 3 day shipping and it arrived 10 days later. I wish I could upload pictures of the product I received. The box was destroyed. There was ZERO...I'm not exaggerating, ZERO packing material for a $200 air purifier. Odd as the manufacturer ships it with packing material? I got a return or demo with no thought about this bouncing around in the box the entire time.

Newegg said call Beach Audio (PITA-I bought it from you) told them what happened, her reply was "but is the product actually damaged?" I laughed. She created a UPS Claim for damaged while shipping. I said you didn't put any packing material in the box! It wasn't UPS fault. She said you'll get it returned either way. Go ahead and order another off the website. Oh I did...not from Beach Audio and Not from Newegg. Second issue with Newegg Marketplace...Will not be using again. I DO NOT recommend this company

Just as if I had purchased directly from NewEgg, this transaction was easy and seamless. Product was delivered, well-packaged and functioning properly. I would purchase from them again.

Got my Samsung Bluetooth Keyboard/Cover for my Galaxy Note Pro in less than 2 days even though I paid for 5-7 business day shipping. Product was exactly as described and packed very well (not a single dent or ding). Will definitely buy from them again!

i received an adapter instead of a cable. it works with an extra hdmi cable but that was more money to shell out.

So far not good. 8 days ago they made a Priority Mail 2-day label for it at the post office, but never mailed it. Still waiting for them to put it in the mailbox.

Include your order number, serial number on the product (if applicable), the reason for return, and whether the product has been opened or is still factory sealed. We will then email you the RA# and Returns Address. You will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns. Please note that orders returned without an RA# will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

    Excluded Items - Due to their fragility, the following items may not be returned once received for any reason: Televisions 42" and larger, furniture (including massage chairs), and large appliances such as refrigerators. In addition, due to manufacturer restrictions, the following items can not be returned to us once they have been removed from their original product packaging: computers and notebooks, video projectors, video games, DVD´s, computer games, computer software, CD duplicators, air conditioners, ventilation systems, ceiling fans and activated satellite receiver units (DirecTV, Sirius, XM, etc).

    Defective Items - Defective items other then those mentions in "Excluded Items" above may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Due to the complexity of internet transactions, we do not offer exchanges, however we will gladly credit the outgoing ground shipping costs of a replacement order. Please notify us of the order number if a replacement order is made for a freight credit. Note: if the replacement is purchased using express shipping, only the Ground freight delivery cost will be refunded.

    Non-Defective Items - ALL non defective items may be returned for 30 days after delivery date. These returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Opened items must be in re-sellable condition and have ALL original packaging, accessories, manuals and warranty cards included. A larger restocking fee (20-50%) will be applied if the item is returned in a condition that prevents us from re-selling it.

    Damaged Items - In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please refuse shipment if the damage is external or notify us within 24 hours if the damage is concealed. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT DAMAGE CLAIMS AFTER 24 HOURS from sign date. Beach Audio, at it's sole discretion, will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund when and if the claim is settled with the carrier. Items shipped to freight forwarders must be inspected for damage prior to fowarding shipment. No damage claims will be accepted once an item leaves a freight forwarder.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
