the product was never shipped to me. i have told them to give me a refund, and still didn't get a refund or product. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Newegg please cut them out of your system .

Rating + 5 AWESOME Experience

I called Beach Audio because I couldn't track my package. The polite young lady sated it appears to have been lost in transit...and they would be sending a replacement that afternoon 2nd day delivery. I was astounded when it arrived the next day (Dec 23rd). However, another one arrived at 4:30 the next day (Dec 24th). I original order arrived first, and the replacement also came next day.

I called them to get the return address so I could send one back (I only paid for one, and they shipped replacement at their cost) which is only fair. She said Merry Christmas you can keep both.

Yep, new go-to place for whatever they're selling!

My item I ordered 46 days ago still has not come. With an estimated shipping of 5-7 days... Would have given this service 0 eggs if possible. Sorry Grandma, part of your christmas present that I ordered WAY ahead of time never came...

I have ordered a wrong part through and immediately I noticed it was a wrong part and contacted newegg chat line in 5 minutes and requested to cancel. they sent a note to cancel, no use, shipped, contacted thru email to get rma and return shipping label no response.

I NEVER got my order!It was shipped via UPS....UPS tried to deliver by the BACK way,which happens to be on a streetcorner.I played phonetag with UPS but pkg got sent BACK to seller.Seller never contacted me.I still got charged my creditcard.I'm still trying to get order resent!I will try calling sender.Its been 3 weeks.Maybe I should not use UPS as delivery due to my address being on a corner and my using 2 entrances.

Purchased an item, and it was received defective. Immediately initiated a return request. I was told I would receive a label right away. A week has passed and no return label has been created or sent. Horrible merchant.

Rating + 1 Difficulty processing a return

I had to return the item unopened. The process for initiating a return was slow and tedious. Six days after they received the item I had heard nothing from them so I asked about the status and sent them the tracking number. They replied that the number was invalid so I sent them a PDF of the Proof of Delivery (showing the number that I had sent them already). I am still waiting.

    Excluded Items - Due to their fragility, the following items may not be returned once received for any reason: Televisions 42" and larger, furniture (including massage chairs), and large appliances such as refrigerators. In addition, due to manufacturer restrictions, the following items can not be returned to us once they have been removed from their original product packaging: computers and notebooks, video projectors, video games, DVD´s, computer games, computer software, CD duplicators, air conditioners, ventilation systems, ceiling fans and activated satellite receiver units (DirecTV, Sirius, XM, etc).

    Defective Items - Defective items other then those mentions in "Excluded Items" above may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Due to the complexity of internet transactions, we do not offer exchanges, however we will gladly credit the outgoing ground shipping costs of a replacement order. Please notify us of the order number if a replacement order is made for a freight credit. Note: if the replacement is purchased using express shipping, only the Ground freight delivery cost will be refunded.

    Non-Defective Items - ALL non defective items may be returned for 30 days after delivery date. These returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Opened items must be in re-sellable condition and have ALL original packaging, accessories, manuals and warranty cards included. A larger restocking fee (20-50%) will be applied if the item is returned in a condition that prevents us from re-selling it.

    Damaged Items - In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please refuse shipment if the damage is external or notify us within 24 hours if the damage is concealed. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT DAMAGE CLAIMS AFTER 24 HOURS from sign date. Beach Audio, at it's sole discretion, will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund when and if the claim is settled with the carrier. Items shipped to freight forwarders must be inspected for damage prior to fowarding shipment. No damage claims will be accepted once an item leaves a freight forwarder.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
