I purchased the Vivitar VIV-TEL-76700 Reflector Telescope and it is to come with software. When I pulled the disc out of the packaging I saw it was a normal CD-R and thought the right disk had not been sent and asked for a replacement disk, twice. The company told me I would have to send back the whole telescope to get me the software, twice.
Turns out the software was on the disk. It is a completely free and downloadable program, open source even. And yet they wanted me to return the entire package to them. I ended up downloading a more up to date version of the program than what was supplied.

RMA Policy
- We must be notified of any return within 7 days with the receipt and the product in their original condition, including any accessories, cables, and manuals.
