Rating + 1 9 days & parts haven't even shipped, enough said.

Nine days & the parts haven't left the seller. Seller can't give me my wasted time back.
I just ordered same parts from my regular vendor who will have them in my hands in 3-5 days.

Rating + 2 Not a reliable seller

Ordered a few times from this seller. Once: Shipped late because of over looking the order. My last order I placed was cancelled by the seller after I sent a messaged asking the status, a week after placing the order. Seller never contacted me even after I asked why the order was canceled.

Rating + 1 Be Careful with this Dealer!

I try and give everyone the benefit of the doubt, however, after waiting almost 2 months now, I think BMWPartsSource has sealed its fate. I ordered a part for my car which I needed ASAP so I could get my car registered. After waiting almost a week, I had yet to hear anything from the seller, so I bought the part from another site. Wouldn't you know it, the day after I did this, they finally said they shipped my package so I couldn't cancel the order.

After all this, I contacted them and said I need to return the product. They responded a few days later saying I could but that it I would be charged a 15% restocking fee. I was happy to do this, so I started the RMA process with Newegg. After waiting 2 weeks, I hadn't hear anything from BMYPartsSource, so I sent them yet another email. Again, waited 2 weeks. Still nothing.

It's now almost 2 months later and I've yet to hear anything from them as to what they want me to do. HORRIBLE SELLER. STAY AWAY!

Rating + 1 Expired product ripoff

This product has a limited shelf life, and comes with an expiration date, kinda like milk. The expiration date tags were removed from the tubes and boxes, so the exact expiration date is impossible to ascertain, but my research indicates this stuff is about 4 years past its expiration. This is a ripoff any way you slice it.

Due to the nature of this product and its application, you only get one single chance to do the subframe reinforcement on a car; if you try to use bad foam, you can't remove it and try again.

I tried to contact the seller for a replacement, and they were going to send new product, but I haven't heard anything in 2 weeks and emails and phone calls have gone unanswered.

Sold BMW structural foam and didn't disclose that the foam was 4 years past expiration. The date tags had been removed from the packaging to try to cover this.

Rating + 1 Order NOT filled!!

I received 1 quart on 9/10/13, but ordered 6 quarts. newegg was NO help because this was a "marketplace" order. I have sent emails & left voice messages with the supplier without any response whatsoever. If I don't get this resolved this week, I will be forced to dispute this transaction...

Rating + 1 Tried in good faith

I ordered a CD Navigation Software update from this seller towards the end of June 2013. A tracking number was issued to me soon after I had placed the order. After a couple of weeks without an update on the tracking, I inquired as to the status of the order.

Seller told me that product had not been shipped and they had a hard time locating the product. They told me they would issue a refund. I patiently waited another 6+ weeks and no refund was ever issued. Buyer beware of seller.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
