Rating + 1 Customer Service Is Unresponsive

I ordered 2 very cheap refurbished tablets from seller, but only one arrived. I finally got 1 email claiming they would like into. Over a week later still no response after myself & Newegg emailed them to look into the problem. Its only 30 bucks, but not the point here. I paid for something that never arrived and cannot seem to get a solution to this issue.

Rating + 1 Seller put me in a very bad position

I ordered 10 tablets and paid for overnight shipping. Seller invoiced as soon as they created a shipping label. Two days later the UPS tracking still had not been updated. I followed up and received a response that it would be that evening. Needless to say, it wasn't so I followed up again. Last night I received a message that there was an inventory error and that none would be shipping. I had ordered other items from other sellers for this project and wasted money on overnight shipping with them so I would have everything at the same time. Now I need to find replacements elsewhere. Seller processed an RMA with Newegg saying I was dissatisfied with the products. Everything about this transaction was negative.

This seller I would not recommend to purchase from. They ship the slowest way possible Smartpost or charge you almost $30.00 to ship a 2lb item USPS priority which should be less than 10.00 to me that is sheer greed . They are not fair with their shipping costs, OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH! If you choose free it's ridiculously slow.

Rating + 1 Worst packing job I've ever seen on a computer

Bought a refurbished Inspiron from this seller - It arrived sealed but missing half of the packing styrofoam and literally loose in the box with no protection for the top half or even a plastic bag covering the screen. Miraculously, the computer appears to have survived the trip. I can't say the same for the keyboard and mouse that came with it... Thankfully those are still under warranty from Dell and I was able to get replacements overnighted.

I bought this because it was as cheap as any 17" digital picture frame. i wasnt expecting much. however when it arrived in what appears to be brand new condition it worked flawlessly on set up and functions. GREAT...
seller packaged it extremely well and looks to really take pride in delivering a quality "refurbished" product.. could not ask for more...
