Rating + 5 Responsive seller, fast and safe shipment, A+ would recommend

Thank you for the fast shipment. Even during the holiday crunch, shipper was responsive and was able to get me my package before Christmas, which I wasn't expecting because I ordered a bit on the late side. Newegg gave me a bad tracking number somehow, but shipper was quick to respond to my message and rectify the situation. Hard drive shipment came in a padded package, and product looks and works flawlessly. My only regret is I didn't buy two! Thanks again.

Rating + 1 This seller has terrible shipping!

I am so disappointed. I figured that I'd certainly get this "gift" in time for the big day, I left 11 days after all and Newegg usually got to me the next day. Also, they said that it would arrive in time. Turns out that the item sits around for nearly a week before it even gets to the shipper. I'm so sorry I didn't order from a different online retailer instead. Turns out it would have been cheaper too.

I ordered a Roku on Dec 4th and it didn't ship until Dec 16th. No communication/update of any problem. What's up with that?

Rating + 1 Zero Eggs. Wouldn;t let mne

Took my money and didn't do anything. Bogus tracking number. Their phone number isn't even working now. my sons big gift for christmas ordered 10 days ago. They took my money and no information no tracking no nothing. Just says shipped with nothing.
