This seller I would not recommend to purchase from. They ship the slowest way possible Smartpost or charge you almost $30.00 to ship a 2lb item USPS priority which should be less than 10.00 to me that is sheer greed . They are not fair with their shipping costs, OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH! If you choose free it's ridiculously slow.

Rating + 1 Worst packing job I've ever seen on a computer

Bought a refurbished Inspiron from this seller - It arrived sealed but missing half of the packing styrofoam and literally loose in the box with no protection for the top half or even a plastic bag covering the screen. Miraculously, the computer appears to have survived the trip. I can't say the same for the keyboard and mouse that came with it... Thankfully those are still under warranty from Dell and I was able to get replacements overnighted.

I bought this because it was as cheap as any 17" digital picture frame. i wasnt expecting much. however when it arrived in what appears to be brand new condition it worked flawlessly on set up and functions. GREAT...
seller packaged it extremely well and looks to really take pride in delivering a quality "refurbished" product.. could not ask for more...

Rating + 1 Not durable, fit strange, took almost 2 weeks to arrive.

This product was marketed as a rugged tough adventurer type backpack. It arrived very late. When it arrive i started to open and close the straps and buckles to kind of get feel for it, the male side of the buckle just shattered on the first opening. I think well that's really not what you want to experience in such durable style touring bag. I start to look closer, there are threads and seems with frays dangling off of it. It was a extremely low quality version of what was advertised. If it was as sold it would have worked really well. Just a really cheap, quality, the seller should never have sent that out. I was cheap, so burn me once i guess.

Macbook Pro arrived today with a loose lcd hinge that made the display wobble, the charging port on the macbook pro contact is damaged making it near impossible to charge, the display edges are bent so as the device is not able to close properly.
