Order my TV wall mount on 11/26. it was support to take 5 days for delivery. Today is 12/11 and still waiting. Contacted the Altatac and the lady answer the phone doesn't seen to care.

Rating + 1 I am very disappointed...

I had ordered 2 illuminated watches because I wanted to relive my childhood with an awesome retro watch. Apparently it took forever for it to come, about a week and a half. When I saw the box I was jumping up and down until the point where I opened it and found 2 watches that were not what I ordered! I got a gold watch and a black women's watch. I am very disappointed. I haven't had the time to call and complain because this is something I do not want to deal with now. My first time ordering here and will probably be my last.

Rating + 5 Problems, but handled well

I ordered a couple of USB car adapters with lightning cables through this seller. I was rather miffed when I got a couple of lightning USB docks instead, no car adapter. I contacted the seller and said I'd like to return the items for the correct ones. To my surprise, the seller told me to go ahead and keep the docks and they'd send the correct items right away! The car adapters arrived a few days later. Problems can happen, but I was quite impressed by the way the seller handled it.

Rating + 3 Very slow shipping - 2 weeks

I didn't know when buying my item that it would be sent by USPS. Usually this isn't a problem, but for my recent order it took almost 2 weeks to receive my item, and it was routed from Los Angeles to Seattle to North Carolina. It's not the seller's fault, I guess. I would have chosen a different shipper if I could, had I known how long it would take.

I can't complain about customer service, they did respond to my emails in a few days. They apologized but said there was nothing they could do about the shipper.

somewhat bummed

Rating + 1 DOA and pay to ship back.

Low price is offset by DOA and the expense, time, and hassle of getting an RM, packaging the product for return, driving to post office and waiting in line to pay shipping to get a refund on the price. A complete wast of time and money. On the plus side the RMA was automatic because obviously the 30 days had not expired.

They get a second star as it was shipped on time. But they shipped the Logitech keyboard/mouse bundle in a bag instead of a box, no padding. The box inside the bag got the #$@! beat out of it to the point I took pictures before opening it. The equipment was in good condition, though no thanks to Altatac.

Rating + 1 Missing Components in Refurbished Item

I purchased this refurbished item and found when I received it that it was missing a HDMI cable, the screws to attach the base and the screw cover was broken and unusable. There was obviously a breakdown in the quality control section and nobody took care to examine the contents of this shipment prior to sending it to me. Overall a very poor rating.

Rating + 1 Would not buy from these guys again.

Separated wireless mouse/keyboard sets and selling just the mouse. No retail packaging, no driver disk. Driver very difficult to find on Logitech because it was part of a set.
