Ordered two bluetooths and only received one. No one answers their phone and no one returns my message. What a ripoff. I hope Newegg refunds my money

I have tryed to contact seller but no relpy,I bought a blue Tooth headset listed as new ,showed iden in new seal pacgage,but when it got to me (Very slow shipping)the case had been cut open,cut half into,it looked like someone had returned it and they resold it as brand new,no reply to mey messages, coolstuff112 is OFF my list og sellers! Beware

Small issue with shipping, seller immediately upon contact fixed the problem. Errors happen so service is important, can't ask for much better service. Overall a credit to Newegg.

Rating + 4 had a problem but was resolved

When I got my bluetooth unit, I could not get it to pair with any of the phones I had available. I started to RMA it, but realized that the cost of the RMA would exceed the cost of the unit. Coolstuff1122 replaced the unit and I was able to get it to work. I like your style.

awful : item was in clear plastic bag wrap around with tape, not in the original package, item was purchased for a gift how can I give something that looks used as a birthday present.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
