Rating + 5 CPO Rocks!

Three measures I use to rate sellers: (1) Quality product at equitable prices, (2) transactions are issue free, and (3) problems with an order (inevitable) are handled professionally, courteously, and timely. My experiences - I've had ~5 orders with them in the last 6 months - have shown CPO has earned all 5 stars (eggs) in each measure. It is sellers like this that make the NewEgg marketplace a worthwhile place. My thanks to CPO!

Rating + 1 Physically Broken!

The trimmer that was sent was physically broken at the joint where the handle angle adjusts. Repair is nearly impossible. Not worth the money to send it back. My first such experience in years of dealing with New Egg and its vendors. At least the batteries work in my other Ryobi tools.

Bought the item, a pressure washer on line at New Egg. shipping was good but a few weeks later same exact item went back on sale on New Egg for $19 less called new egg and they referred me to the seller C P O who wouldn't do a thing about it saying send it back and they will give me a full refund for the item instead of a credit for the difference. thought that was very lousy customer service and I'll never do business with this vender again

Rating + 1 If you buy from this seller, make sure best test product and buy insurance

to avoid problem, never buy from this seller. they sell DOA products and have shorter return period. I bought "Black & Decker NST1024R 24V Cordless 13" Straight Shaft Electric String Trimmer / Edger" from them for cheap price as backup. After 2 months, first try it, and found it does not work, when I contact the seller, I was told they can do nothing.

Rating + 3 Limited capability

Bought and used this trimmer and would only recommend it's use for people with a very small yard. The tool has a run time of 20min max without using the turbo option. The recharge of the unit takes 9hrs. Anything more than grass takes a couple passes to cut through and the trimmer line that came with the tool was used up in 3 uses.

As my unit was refurbished I checked to see what it's run times were and found that this is normal and I have received this product nearly defect free. Just some slight blemishes on the high usage spots.

For a small yard this would be a handy tool but being that the run times are short you would be hard pressed to get what you need done in that amount of time for anything other than a very small yard.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
