Rating + 4 Good, almost great!

Received the package in a reasonable amount of time. Packaging was very poor. Looked like a child packaged this item. Box had a hole in it at the corner where the head of the nail gun was. All but one of the packing air pillows was deflated. The box that the nail gun was in should have been a heavier gauge cardboard and a heavier packing media should have been used. Haven't used the gun yet, I hope it works!

I would Never Ever Ever recommend this seller to anyone in fact I think they should avoid them like a plague. I bought an item from them and decided to return it. but instead of getting helpful customer service I got sent on a wild goose chase to try to return the item.When I finally talked to someone they told me they would email me a return request. I waited 4 hours for it no request so I called them again then they told me they didn't have my order even though I had the emails that proved it. They finally found my order and sent me the return request with no return label so I call them back and they tell me I have to pay for shipping on the return when their return policy says 0 restocking fee so I assumed they wouldnt screw me over... The return shipping cost 55 dollars on a 130 dollar item... This seller is the worst seller I have ever bought something from off Newegg and it disappoints me that I have to deal with this kind of nonsense from a site I buy stuff off all the time...

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
