The watch arrived and was Christmas present. Husband works in the information technology business so adapted to functions of watch immediately. He shows it to everyone and is very proud. Love the titanium....very light. Friend has stainless one and weight difference is significant. Thanks for the great watch at a great price.

After receiving the wrong watch that was shipped by this seller, I have spent the past month trying to get the order corrected after returning the watch at my expense. The seller has provided no helpful customer service, and at each point of correspondence has requested that I do the customer service work myself.
I am not only completely dissatisfied by this seller, I still do not have the correct watch! Please contact me by email at thompsonhaus@gmail.com to assist me with receiving a full refund for this transaction, plus reimbursement of $6.85 for return postage. Dependent on how that is handled may determine if I ever make another purchase from your website again. Please help,

Great service, real fast shipping, the only thing is our FedEx guy was rude with my Mother at the time of delivery I always prefer UPS service way better with real nice drivers.

All of our Watches come brand new from the Authorized dealer or distributor. You get the full benefit of the seller warranty which is the same as the manufacturer warranty. The warranty of each watch we sell is equipped with a tag, so before you wear your watch, please make sure it is what you ordered and that it is absent of any Out of Box defects. Please make sure the watch is to your liking. Once you remove the tag, wear or modify your watch, it is not returnable and is solely subject to the warranties. If you find that there is something wrong with your timepiece or it does not meet your expectations. After completely reading this policy, you can obtain an RMA number by creating a Case with our customer service team and we will give you an RMA number. - Return Freight charges for all non-defective returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Collect shipping will be refused. Please make sure you insure the returning packages for your own protection. If you choose not to insure the packages, the liability will be yours.
- Actual shipping charges paid by us to ship the item to you (including order originally shipped for free) is non refundable in case of non defective item returned for refund or exchange.
- All returns must still have the " Tag" affixed as it was when shipped. It must not be worn, used, sized by anyone other than Dreamshopee or altered in any way. Watches showing any sign of wear cannot be returned. If they do show sign of wear, they will be returned immediately at the customer's expense and no refund will be granted.
- If the watch is worn, visibly used or the tag is removed, you cannot return the watch for refund or exchange it will only be eligible for repair under warranty.
- Special orders cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective.
- Items refused delivery by customers will not be refunded, unless pre-approved by us.
- All returns must have non-damaged packaging (preferably unopened) and be in resalable condition, containing all original contents (Instruction manuals, Warranty Cards, Watch Tags, Removed Links, etc.) otherwise, the item will be returned back to you at your expense.

- - ALL customers wishing to return their purchases must first obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. A request for RMA # must be made within 30 days of order delivery and be returned back to us no later than 6 days after RMA # has been issued. If a package arrives without the RMA# and/or your name is not visible on the outside, it will be refused by our receiving department.
