The software to program the extra buttons and enable macros is broken and will not download any of the program sets to the mouse. The manufacturer will not respond to emails regarding the broken software and finally, newegg has sent me 7 emails in the past hour to make a rating for this product.

Rating + 2 RMA confusion

Keyboard arrived on time but had a broken space bar. I was looking to return it immediately and went through the RMA process just fine and a new keyboard was sent out asap......great! but They wouldn't provide me with a pre-paid return shipping label for the broken keyboard.....frustrating....So I get on the Chat Now with Newegg and the helper says I am not able to get one and that I must contact the G-Cube company to obtain one....they told me that the keyboard was still under the 30 day warranty and that Newegg will provide one.....the classic runaround. With a little further discustion with G-cube I was able to have them send me out a shipping label (still hasn't arrived) Frustrating....I now have the new keyboard (typing on it now its great!) and the old keyboard while awaiting the return shipping label.

Rating + 1 Stuck Buttons

The "y" and "h" rub on each other when pressed causing a clicking noise and entering the other character. This literally right out of the box.

Rating + 3 Well at-least the Keyboard works

Shipping and boxing was fine but like some others have said this product can not be said to be a gaming keyboard and mouse. After about a day of use the mouse started acting funny and slowly move upwards when using it. I tried unplugging the mouse, restarting the computer, and cleaning the bottom of the mouse but it still happens so I ended up going back to the old mouse I was using that this product was supposed to replace. The keyboard works just fine though.

Rating + 1 Don't trust them

Bought a faulty keyboard from them. Received RMA, but no response to sending me a postage paid return address label considering the simplicity in making a keyboard.

Contacted Newegg and told them that I wanted to change the RMA from an exchange to a return because I didn't want to do business with a company like this again or any other third party companies.

Returned the keyboard via Fedex and 2 weeks after it had arrived I contacted Newegg and let them know. They sent an email to the company requesting information about the returned keyboard, but they didn't respond to them either.

After over a month after sending back the keyboard, Newegg refunded the cost of the keyboard.

I won't deal with third party companies again.

Angry at G-Cube

Rating + 1 STAY AWAY-This company does not honor returns

Returned an item over one month ago and just got notice that the RMA has been cancelled/voided because it was allegedly "never received". C'mon, really?. I made a number of returns over the previous 2 months and every single one arrived to its destination promptly. Yet, G-Cube waits over 6 weeks to void the RMA. Gimme a break. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY unless you have money to burn. And Newegg, please stop dealing with unreputable resellers if you want to keep your customers. Newegg used to be the bomb, but their reputation is cracking with their return policy and affiliation with these fly-by-night companies. Warning: If you keep this up, another company (hint: named after a large river) is gonna eat you for lunch.

RMA Policy
    We offer only fine quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will issue you a credit back to your account, or exchange the merchandise. By placing an order, you agree to the following return policies and Instructions.

    All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
    • Product purchased from our Newegg Marketplace store ONLY
    • Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
    • All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
    • Original UPC/serial# intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
    • Valid RMA number obtained from website or customer service for the correct product and order (follow below return instruction to apply RMA#)

    Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
    1. An RMA number must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. No restocking fee will be applied on return for DOA/Defective and shipping damaged product. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold with "free-shipping", we will refund the amount of sale.

    2. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.

    3. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.

    4. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation. Customer is responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping.

    5. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.

    6. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. We will refund back to your method of payment.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
