Product arrived in correct condition and works flawlessly, only gripe was the delay in arrival. Was expecting Newegg's bulletproof delivery and had to wait longer than I had expected, had I known of this before I ordered I may have gotten a new mouse locally from a brick and mortar store instead.

Piece of stuff crashed win 8 on top of win 7 as upgrade
MEEET THE PRINCE OF DARKNESS!!!! Reinstalled win8 fro scratch. Only had photoshop on it anyway

Incredible Seller that goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. I had an issue with a product and needed to take advantage of the manufacture warranty. It was beyond the Newegg return date, but still had a year warranty. I contacted the manufacturer five times over the period of one month. The manufacture wouldn't even respond back to my claim, much less receive any response at all. Was about to throw the mouse out until I remembered the seller. I contacted this seller and not only did they cover the manufacturer's slack, but also their warranty too.
Talk about Customer Service.

Bought a bluetooth keyboard advertised as 30' range... I am getting 3-4 foot range and have tried it on more than 1 computer, RMA is not going well so far. I would avoid this seller because they are selling defective merchandise as far as I can tell.

Insane shipping. 10 days after shipment this package has been everywhere except here. Fed Ex shipped it to my state then MAILED it by US Post to a fed ex location in another state then is remailing it from there. I doubt I will ever see this product in my life time

The product came in quick, was exactly what I ordered and there was no damage to the item. I'd buy from G-Cube again.

Note, I have no idea what are the criteria to rate them by but just from my experience in terms of speed of getting the item shipped out and to me: the item shipped from the newegg warehouse arrived on the same day as the item from G-Cube store, both of which are ordered through Newegg itself. The product - as far as I can tell - is working fine. I have not tested all buttons yet however. From this I will give full eggs.

I had duplicate orders because my browser crashed. I emailed G-Cube per newegg customer service about cancelling the duplicate order. Nobody has replied back to me about my inquiries, and it has been two days. The only thing I've gotten is that my account has been charged, the first order went through, the second charge is still pending. I'm making every attempt to contact someone from their company, and yet nobody's replied back to me. I strongly caution others when buying from this company, customer service doesn't appear to be their forte.

Ordered this item over two weeks ago, on the 25th have not yet received it. Will not be buying from this seller ever again.
