Standard Return Policy
For returns: You need to contact us (the seller) in order to obtain a RMA authorization number for returning the item.
You may return the item within 20 days of receipt of shipment. The item must be unopened and in new condition. Refund will be made for cost of purchased product not for shipping and handling. 15% Restocking Fee will be charged when returned for refund. Buyer is responsible for the shipping charge to send product back to seller. No exceptions.
When promotional free item is offered with your purchase: If item is returned for refund, customer should return the promotional gift or the actual cost of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund.
Because of sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items: Make Up Brushes, Beauty masks.
Refund or replacement does not apply to damages resulting from negligence and/or misused. Customer must ask for a RMA number in order to process any return.
Please note that products with Mirrors will only have 7-day warranty. If you received the item with a defective mirror you have until 7 days to report it back to us. You must report it immediately otherwise warranty will not be applied.
If buyers failed to receive their packages, ebest4u68 will not be responsible for re-shipping the package. If lost packages and it's not reported within 7 days, ebest4u68 will not be responsible for neither refund nor shipping postage.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
