Rating + 2 I ordered six of the flash drives and there were only five in the package that arrived.

I think it was a mistake, but I couldn't figure out how to get in touch with anyone to get some kind of satisfaction.

I made 2 separate orders from this seller this order and both times I received the product exactly as expected and described. The unexpected part was actually receiving the product both times within 2-3 business days of placing the order. Most recent order was on a Tuesday around dinner, had product in hand before lunch on Thursday.
Thank you for providing free shipping and having the product out in a very timely manner.

Rating + 4 Shipping information was misleading, but item arrived on time

(review updated below) The item description said, ships from united states. About a week after I purchased it, I checked the tracking number and it said it shipped from china. Looks like I will have to wait a month on something I wanted now. The whole reason i bought from them was because it said ships from united states. (UPDATE: The item's tracking number said it shipped from China, however, it arrived in a week and the shipping receipt said it came from California. I am ok with this, i changed my review.)

I had to order these 3 times because of some foul up between New Egg and Pay Pal. Once the vendor got the order I got the cards and everything is fine.

Rating + 1 Professionalism

The package arrived with no indication that it was from Newegg. Due to receiving unsolicited packages from OTHER businesses that result in excessive time and money to resolve, it is our policy to decline unsolicited packages. Because this arrived with no Newegg markings, it was declined. I was then contacted by the seller, again not being identified as anyone related to Newegg, asking why the package was declined. After I was able to make the connection between the declined package and the Newegg purchase, I explained our policy and asked for the package to be clearly marked as a Newegg shipment. We received the same package with "newegg" handwritten in the corner, which is fine, I suppose, since we knew to look for it. It was just not what we had experienced from other Newegg purchases. More specific and professional communication and packaging guidelines may be in order for this particular seller.

    We offer only fine quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will issue you a credit back to your account, or exchange the merchandise. By placing an order, you agree to the following return policies and Instructions.

    All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:

    • Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)

    Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
    1. An RMA number must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. No restocking fee will be applied on return for DOA/Defective and shipping damaged product. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold with "free-shipping", we will refund the amount of sale.

    2. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.

    3. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.

    4. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation. Customer is responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping.

    5. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.

    6. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. We will refund back to your method of payment.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
