It's better if you displayed this message on your shop site. Return with shipping and restocking fee mean don't return the purchased item. I can get only 20~30% of refund after that and it is totally unacceptable. Good luck to your business.

This is only the second time I have bought an item that was not from newegg directly and everything was super smooth. They shipped the item very quickly and provided a tracking number. As far as I'm concerned this is a good store to work with.

Waffle maker arrived in a damaged box. The waffle iron did work, but it was advertised as a Belgian style waffle iron when the reality is that it makes regular waffles.

Rating + 2 Item I got was clearly not new even though it was listed as new

The item shipped very quickly which was very nice. But when I opened the Shipping box, i could see that the box inside had been resealed. I had hoped the item inside was untouched but it quickly became apparent that the item had been used. The inside packing had been ripped and undone with everything shoved back inside. The actual item has scratches and scuffs and is missing 2 of its bottom rubber feet. Now I really should return it but the inside of the item (it's a fryer) has some small scratches but looked clean and unused so I decided to try it out. I have used it once (i got it today) and it seems to work. If I had to guess it looks like it might have been a floor model or a return due to the box being resealed, the packaging shoved back in without things in their proper bags, a large hole in the main bag, missing rubber feet and the scratches and scuffs.

Pros: very fast shipper, item seems to work (used it once)
Cons: item is clearly used and not what I paid for (I paid for NEW)

Don't buy from these people. I gave them my correct address (as shown on the invoice) but they decided they knew where I live better than I did! They mailed it to a Post Office two towns overs requiring me to drive about 45 minutes to retrieve the package. And -of course- it took two extra days to get it! Their name is DealYard... stay away!

Rating + 5 Better Service than Newegg LOL

I heard good things about them. But when I go a coffee maker that malfunctioned they offered to refund me no questions asked (Newegg didn't refund me the Newegg giftcard I'd used to purchase it, but that's not Dealyard's fault). Didn't even ask me to send it back to them. I wanted to use the money to buy another kind from them but they only have a couple Mr. Coffee's that make only 2 cups or so. I'll keep my eye on other stuff they sell in the future for sure. :D

Rating + 1 Delta shower head

I ordered a Delta shower head and they shipped me a much lower quality Peerless. This cracked during installation and is of no use. I find it hard to believe that they would ship this without prior notification. I am waiting to see how they will resolve this issue.

    Each customer must contact us prior to any return. Return and/or exchange of merchandise must take place within 30 days of receipt of product. All products to be returned must be in unused original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc. The product's original factory seal must be intact. All refunds will require a return authorization number (RMA) issued by DealYard and the item must be shipped back with a tracking number for inspection and processing prior to refund. If an item is shipped back to us without a tracking number there is no way for us to verify it was shipped if we do not receive it. You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). Merchandise that is not defective may be returned for a refund in the amount of the item's purchase price minus the shipping cost and a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price of the item. If the order qualified for free shipping we will withhold and not refund the shipping and handling costs incurred by DealYard.     Return Shipping Charges:
    If there is a problem with your order that was the fault of DealYard, we will take the necessary steps to make it right. We will be happy to reimburse the customer's economy ground return shipping costs in the following situations, provided the customer includes proof of the charges paid:

    •The product received was not what was ordered
    •The product received was defective (and you have contacted us within 30 days of receipt)
    In all other circumstances the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
