Rating + 1 Worst service I have ever recieved....

Ordered this it on 11Mar15 still has been in shipped status for over a week and a half, still no product. Tracking number has not worked to date, click on it and it brings you to a blank page. Was 5-7 days shipping, yea right. Will never use this seller again, really disappointed that Newegg would support this company! Really let down!

Rating + 1 They suck!

Sold me a usb cable that broke in 1 week. I contacted them and they said they would replace it. That was 2 months ago and haven't received the replacement or updates. Terrible customer service!

Rating + 1 Horrible absolutely horrible!

No stars at all, I ordered an HDMI to RCA conversion cable and when I received it I plugged it in right away. Of course it did not work, I tried it on multiple units , still nothing. So I called the " SmackTom.com " customer service helpline and of course no answer. I decided to leave a message, have yet to hear a peep from anyone at " SmackTom.com ". I realized shortly after calling to request a replacement cable/refund that yes Tom does need to be smacked! Bad business Tom bad business

Rating + 1 Don't buy!!!

I bought a macbook pro case cover and it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't received it!!!! It kept saying it is in Florida. I contacted them and they take days to respond! ! Recently they said they would replace it but I haven't gotten one. I have bought other items that live outside the country and those came in faster. Just Don't buy !!
I'm still waiting on this case!!!!

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
