I called and called and left message after message email after email an no call back nor email. I explained over and over that the page errored out when I was making my payment so I ended up ordering the same product twice but now one would help me correct it. SmackTom, although shipped the products timely and as described refused to acknowledge the problem and correct the dual order. Horrible Customer service.

Cable came apart about a week after light use. Even worse quality than the OEM Apple charger cable. Initially, this cable would allow charging, and now it has degraded itself into a data cable only. Solid garbage.

I ordered a car charger and a wall charger and was sent two car chargers. Seller did not respond to my communication.
The car charger was the cheaper item (of course).

Called seller and got no response. Had Newegg contact SmackTom an still no response. Finally received a refund two weeks after receiving the wrong product

I've bought many items from Newegg and have always been satisfied. However, the latest purchase for a charging kit for an iPhone 5 was a disappointment. First, the coiled patch cord sent does not fit the iPhone 5, second the cigarette charger is very cheaply made, third, the the first time I used the USB cable, the plastric housing came off when I took the USB end out of the charger

First they gave me an invalid tracking number like this one (FIRSTCLASSMAIL11111D555).
And then they shipped my product (a bare PS3 controller with no packaging) in a very thin plastic envelope with no padding whatsoever. The product (PS3 controller) was slightly damaged, you can hear a small plastic part rattling inside. But it still works, and the price was good. So minus one star for an invalid tracking number, and minus another star for horrible packaging. Once they fix those things they'll be a great seller.
