So far I have to give these guys a high rating... Order shipped quickly and complete. I noticed not many have commented on them, which made me hesitate a little. I also contacted them via their chat on their website to confirm it was in stock... very helpful and complete while making sure your inquiry is handled. I think we have a winner here :D

Issue arose with an order I placed. When brought to seller's attention the issues was quickly rectified between the seller, the product manufacturer and NewEgg, without much involvement from. Very happy with professionalism and result.

Rating + 1 2 day shipping was 6 days

Offering 2 day shipping means that the item will be shipped the next business day and arrive 2 days business days later. I ordered the 24th and heard nothing, got a notice on the 28th that it had been "processed" and received the Zoom on the 30th. Asking the NewEgg chat help for a shipping refund was annoying. I couldn't believe they'd refuse, actually. I was told that "2 day shipping" begins when the shipper receives the item, and has nothing at all to do with the seller. An order must be "processed" so that whenever Unique Squared would like to drag something out and schlep it over to the shipper, that's when the clock starts. Actually, who doesn't have FedEx or UPS do daily pickups? I could still be waiting. I can recommend B and H. Their shipping is as represented. A side note, I ordered at the same time a pack of post it notes with NewEgg Saver free shipping and they arrived on the 25th. I actually checked that the shipping was applied to the correct item.

They advertised a "Survival Kit" and a description of the survival kit - Yamaha Survival Kit B2 - Accessory Package
Providing everything needed to get started playing your new electronic keyboard, the Survival Kit B2 from Yamaha includes a power adapter, sustain pedal, a 2-year extended warranty, stereo headphones, Playing With Styles DVD, Survival Kit DVD, and bonus coupons. This did not get shipped to me. Item#: 9SIA18T0PP4171 --- still being advertised...

    Unique Squared is happy to help you with replacing or returning your item. Requests for a return or replacement must be received within 30 days of delivery.

    Some things to note:

    - If your item is defective we will be happy to exchange it for you or your can contact the manufacturer to have it replaced under warranty.

    - If you are returning your item because it damaged in shipping please let us know so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier and get you a replacement.

    - Otherwise products must be in factory sealed, never opened, resalable condition to qualify for a full refund. Returns of opened products for refund will incur an 14% restocking fee including defective items.

    - Items returned in unopened resalable condition will receive a full refund MINUS cost to originally ship the order. This means that items that had shipped for free are still subject a refund minus the actual cost of shipping.

    International Customers:
    Unique Squared does not pay any postage (to or from, taxes, duties and/or brokerage fees) on international returns and replacements. All transportation costs are the buyer's responsibility.

    Domestic Customers:
    Customer is responsible for transportation of the item back to Unique Squared (this includes return shipping for our non-local customers). For replacement of product within the United States Unique Squared will pay for shipping of the new replacement item back to the customer.

    Special Exceptions:
    The following products are not eligible for return and will be returned at the senders cost and expense if received:

    - Any product not purchased from Unique Squared.
    - Any products with missing, damaged or altered serial numbers.
    - Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included.
    - Any product used at your mouth or ear due to sanitary issues, including but not limited to: headphones, microphones, breath-controlled instruments, etc.
    - Any open software or digital media storage including but not limited to: control CD's and vinyls, eLicensers and SD Cards.
    - Any open Auralex or Apple products.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
