Rating + 1 PNP games-Not a trustworthy business

Ordered video game from PNP games, Given tracking number. Tracking number never activated because seller never sent item. Instructed by FedEx to see a refund. Emailed seller, never received a reply or an apology. I had to rate New egg poorly on Reseller ratings to even get Newegg to respond after 7-9 days waiting for seller to communicate. I would not trust this seller, bad business with no customer support or service. If I could give them zero stars I would. Buyer beware....

Rating + 1 Essentially theft - Blemish on Newegg

Seller sent me the incorrect product. I contacted the seller and was told I would be receiving a return shipping label and to mail the product back. As soon as I did this, I was to notify them as so that they could verify the package was in route and send me the correct package. I sent an email notifying PNP games I had shipped the game but this was followed by an email stating they would send the correct game after they receive it in their warehouse. Waiting due to the sellers mistake was the first problem. A week went by and I had not heard from PNP Games so I again contacted them. After some research, the rep came back saying they received the item last week and will ship the correct item out the next day. Now this is four days later and I have not had any other response from PNP Games. No notification of shipping, no tracking number, nothing. Today, I attempted to reach out for information but was greeted by an automated message asking to leave a message. DO NOT BUY FROM!

When I received the game, the case was destroyed. Not sure if it was the fault of USPS or PNP Games. The disk were not damaged though.

I've never used PNP b4 but I was able to get Borderlands 2 at a very reasonable price and I gotta tell you I am really impressed with the speed of my order being processed and shipped! I orderded several products on this past Thur and this game arrived perfectly intact Sat afternoon!!! Thanks PNP Games for your stellar service! I will be using them again!

I attempted to contact this seller twice to return a damaged XBox 360 game. The seller has still not responded to me (6 days so far) and Newegg has told me they can't help me other than providing me the seller's phone number.

Very disappointed.

Return Instruction
