Rating + 1 Great way to tie up 75 dollars for 4 to 5 weeks

I ordered 5 usb cables. Easy order. 4.5 weeks later newegg files a return claim for me listing dissatisfaction. Its like newegg read my mind about this shady dealer. If you buy with BundleCity, you're already losing.

Rating + 1 Dropped the eggs on this one

Newegg advertised a little white MP3 boombox, with some black accents. Black boombox with white accents came in. Not what I wanted. So I contacted them in December. No response for 2 weeks. I chat with them, got the runaround that they will contact the vendor. Blah-blah-blah-nothing. Nothing for a couple of weeks. Then they email me a return shipping label. Very pixelated, small thumbnail of an image. Unusable. And they demand that the item is returned "unopened..." Well, how do I know it's bad if I can't open the box and look at it, and test it? Stupid.
So, it's Feb, and still no resolution. I'm done with Newegg. Gonna take my business to the big-striped-catDirect website.

P.S. Anyone know if Newegg had management change recently? Their customer service used to be good. Now it's just dismally useless.

I received a broken box that did not work or turn on and the least they could do is accept a return and refund the money minus shipping. But NO, they didn't even respond to Newegg Customer Service sending them an email. Also, because this is a "Marketplace" order, will not provide a refund like all of the other online retailers and get it back from the unscrupulous seller that needs to be kicked off. I will be providing feedback to all of my friends who use letting them know that they do not backup the products they sell and the prices are just too high anyway. Thanks for absolutely nothing. I don't think there is anything on the website that I can't buy somewhere else.

Rating + 2 Shipping and Issues

The item was put in a USPS One-Rate box but had First Class postage applied to it. As a result, the item arrived with postage due. I informed Bundlecity of the issue and gave them a week to sort it out but they didn't do anything to address the issue. So I paid the postage due to receive the item, found out what caused the issue and informed Bundlecity but they offered no response, made no attempt to reimburse me for the extra postage and, in fact, didn't respond at all.

Rating + 3 paid extra for rush shipping but ...

still waiting for delivery, I'm sure the items will be delivered, eventually.
The good thing is the items urgently needed arrived on time, these were shipped from newegg. The lesser items are from bundlecity. not really a big deal they are for spares anyway. still paying extra for rush shipping doesn't always pan out.

Shipped my order postage due. I refused. DENIED they have done this. Obviously using any online shipping Service ---they can check. Returned to them by the post office (at no charge to them as undeliverable). I believe they mis-priced the item used this trick as ploy to not lose money. Reputable seller would've stepped up and checked records and made it right. No effort to do so. I did get refund. Business is dilapidated looking warehouse in Los Angeles. English appears to be a second language for the seller. Appear to be hucksters. I could be wrong. But I don't think so.

    You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by BundleCity, Inc. within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. To receive a refund or exchange of an item, the buyer must first contact Bundle City, Inc. to obtain a Return Authorization. Items must be shipped within 48 hours of receiving a Return Authorization.

    For eligible non-defective items showing obvious signs of use, store credit or exchange may be issued if returned within 30 days of delivery (a 10% restocking fee may apply).

    Please inspect products immediately upon receipt and notify us of any damage or shortage the same day of delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase beyond damage or shortage, you may return it for a refund or credit within 30 days as follows:

    Product must be in original condition.
    Product must be in original product packaging, uncut, unmodified and unused.
    Product must be returned within 7 days of delivery date through a "traceable means" (e.g. certified mail, UPS or FEDEX)
    All components and manuals must be returned.
    A credit or refund will be issued for returned products, minus delivery charges.
    Items not in compliance with this return policy will be returned back to you at your expense.

    Items that are Not Returnable:
    BundleCity, Inc. does not accept returns of the following items:

    Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
    Gift certificates.
    Orders Returned After 7 Days:
    BundleCity, Inc. will not issue any refunds or exchanges for products returned after 30 days of delivery.

    If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to request a Return Authorization. All exchanges must be made within 30 days of the delivery date of the item. If you would like to exchange an eligible item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price minus delivery charges once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase.

    Store Credit:
    For eligible non-defective items showing obvious signs of use, store credit or exchange may be issued if returned within 7 days of delivery (a 15% restocking fee will apply).

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
