Standard Return Policy
For eligible non-defective items showing obvious signs of use, store credit or exchange may be issued if returned within 30 days of delivery (a 10% restocking fee may apply).
Please inspect products immediately upon receipt and notify us of any damage or shortage the same day of delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase beyond damage or shortage, you may return it for a refund or credit within 30 days as follows:
Product must be in original condition.
Product must be in original product packaging, uncut, unmodified and unused.
Product must be returned within 7 days of delivery date through a "traceable means" (e.g. certified mail, UPS or FEDEX)
All components and manuals must be returned.
A credit or refund will be issued for returned products, minus delivery charges.
Items not in compliance with this return policy will be returned back to you at your expense.

Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
Orders Returned After 7 Days:
BundleCity, Inc. will not issue any refunds or exchanges for products returned after 30 days of delivery.
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to request a Return Authorization. All exchanges must be made within 30 days of the delivery date of the item. If you would like to exchange an eligible item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price minus delivery charges once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase.

2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
