The battery received was worse than the one it replaced. I sent an email to the reseller about the situation over 2 weeks ago and have received absolutely no response.Doesn't Aren't these folks screened before they're allowed to sell?

Price Increase happened after I ordered from NewEgg site.Instead of sending me item they sent me refund . Item is still listed on NewEgg site but for twice the price. So they had in stock but not willing to honor their mistake in providing item I bought at listed price

Ordered screen protections 2 and a half months ago from this vendor, but never received the order. They never responded to requests. NewEgg tried to contact them, to no avail. Do not buy from them, even if NewEgg refunds your money, they are wasting your time.

I cancelled the order because the reviews of the battery's were HORRIBLE. You should not be selling any items so poor, and customer service was complained about too. I don't want to throw my money away and then NOT be able to get help. I won't do business with folks like this and you shouldn't either.

Rating + 1 Absolutely Abysmal

The seller sent me the wrong item; instead of a Samsung charger, they sent me an Apple 30-pin charger. As I have been looking for a new charger, the extremely similar Apple charger has become the bane of my existence, so this mix up was VERY frustrating. I called NewEgg customer service the day I received the item, and explained that I was moving and did not yet have my new address. The NewEgg rep told me the seller would contact me to get the new address in a couple of days. Instead, they apparently sent the new item to my old address without bothering to contact me at all. In the mean time, I have purchased the correct item (at a much higher price) from Best Buy. The interaction with this seller has been awful and wholly inexcusable.

The Battery in the picture says 1500mA but the battery sent is 1350 mA. Watch out since the picture is misleading. However, it does work.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
