The replacement battery for my cell phone works fine but it is very old stock (new, but with a mfr's date code of 2007). Makes me wonder if it will last. Time will tell.

Rating + 3 Happy ending

I purchased a charger for a nice price and received it very quickly. I tried cancelling and purchasing something else later that day from Radio Shack because it was an emergency and I could not wait but the item I received worked better so Radio Shack's charger went back. Only negative is they ship so quickly you cannot cancel fast enough which I tried when I made my shopping trip. And the cable is a bit short but no big. It worked well with my SIII.

Battery arrived quickly, but it didn't quite fit my phone. Called the vendor, left a message. Call was returned a couple hours later, and I was told they'd send me a refund check, and to just keep the battery. Check arrived less than a week later. Good experience. I'd do business with these folks again.

I do not think that I will be ordering from them again it has been three weeks and several phone calls and I still do not have a charger that works for my tablet when the online details said it would work

Rating + 1 Charger cables

These things suck. I bought 5, figuring they'd be poor quality since they were cheap. They barely charge my tablet, takes a week to fully charge. Half the time the tablet doesn't recognize the cable. -also they are weak, 3 broke while I was just removing the plug.

The battery received was worse than the one it replaced. I sent an email to the reseller about the situation over 2 weeks ago and have received absolutely no response.Doesn't Aren't these folks screened before they're allowed to sell?

Price Increase happened after I ordered from NewEgg site.Instead of sending me item they sent me refund . Item is still listed on NewEgg site but for twice the price. So they had in stock but not willing to honor their mistake in providing item I bought at listed price

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
