called twice to the seller, they was going to email me a RMA number, since the item did not work. The description was for an Ipad 3 charger. It was not a Ipad 3 charger, it was an Ipad 1 charger. Products in the kit was of poor quality.

Ordered a battery on 5/6 and it already the 5/19, i still have not got my package. took tracking # to USPS, to check on the package. USPS say the tracking # does not exists. So i got ripped off by this seller.

I ordered a new battery for my cell phone and it shows up DOA. Won't respond to any messages or RMA requests. What a joke.

I ordered 2 "OEM" Samsung batteries for my cell phone. The advertisement had a picture of the OEM battery,
The batteries shipped were not oem batteries.
However, they do work fine and seem to have the same capacity and longevity as the oem battery.

Long to Newegg buyer. Quick response in U.S. Mail. I'm not entirely sure this was a new battery. I can usually run my phone 3 days on standby, but only 1.5 with this one. No apparent date code on battery. Buyer beware...

Rating + 1 Slow boat shipping

Order placed on 4/11, after checking with USPS if lost on 4/26, I was told it was shipped in a matter that it might be another 4 to 5 days before I receive it. I've ordered items from China that got here twice as fast. Still waiting for item hoping it's not completely LOST. No way to run a business, and hope Newegg will do a better checks on sellers they allow in. this is a bad review for Newegg itself.

    •Please print the email that contains RMA number being sent from us to you. Place the email in box with your return shipment.
    •On the outside of return package, clearly write your RMA# and Order/Invoice#.
    •Please send the return package either by USPS first-class mail or priority flat-rate mail.
