Seller was awesome. Shipment was freight and received in less than a week. Perfect condition works great. Fair price great Newegg finance offer so it worked out better for me than going straight t the manufacturer. I would order from Commercial Bargains again.

Comments: this was the second time i ordered this product. both times i received not only the wrong model but it was broken. now besides the item being garbage dealing with he company is a nightmare. i takes forever to get a hold of them(had to get newegg to get them to respond to me) and on top of that because they dont stock the itme but have the manufacture ship it out, they want you to contact them for any problems. even when i just wanted to return the item for my money back i had to make them contact the manufacture and then wait for the manufacture to give them the rma stuff just so i could ship it back. also i had to take pictures of the broken item, the plug(to show it was the wrong item), and the package to show that was damaged as well. it should not be this hard. i should contact them and they should get back to me in a day or 2 not a week. then i should simply just have to ship it back not play this huge game of its not our fault blame them

this is the second time i have dealt with this seller and it will be the last. the first time i received the wrong item, ( i bought a 220v tank-less water heater and received a 110v model the seller had put a sticker over the 110v marker on the box to make it look like a 220). this time the same thing happened but the box was almost destroyed. the product inside was almost split in two, also it looks like someone had tried to open up the item to do repairs or something. also dealing with the seller in the past was a nightmare. looks like im in for another long battle

This has been a very poor buying experience. My order has not arrived and I was charged over two weeks ago. I contacted Newegg and was told they could not help me as the product was provided by a third party. Newegg referred me to the third party who has been unable to provide the merchandise I have paid for. AT this point I will likely contact my credit card company, reject the charges and am unlikely to do future business with Newegg. Since Newegg took my order and my money I expect Newegg to provide support to ensure my product is delivered. Newegg's lack of support was very disappointing.

4 stars because I paid for overnight shipping - received it 4 days later.
I bought this to replace a 10 gallon RV water heater in a Travel Trailer I purchased and am remodeling. I installed it on a 20amp breaker with 'whole house' usage intentions. On the 2nd power level setting (the maximum I can use without blowing the breaker) it heats the water to my shower to the perfect shower temperature. It used to take me 5 minutes to 'find the sweet spot' for a shower, now I just turn the water on and within a minute its exactly how I like it. The second setting does not provide me 'hot' water, rather a VERY warm. I have not tried the hotter setting as I am utilizing a 30amp RV lot. I blew the breakers a few times running the A/C while running this bad boy, so for anyone installing this in a travel trailer running 30amp I would recomend killing the A/C while showering! It even gets hotter when you do. Overall, awesome product. No reasonable complaints. Maybe don't pay for overnight shipping!

    If an order has been dispatched by courier and is not received or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim MUST be filed with Commercial Bargains Inc. within 14 days from date of dispatch of goods. You will need to call CBI @ (414) 336-7484 and obtain an RMA#.

    1. Replacement: If possible, a replacement will be sent, subject to availability.

    2. Credit: If no replacement is available, a credit will be offered to the full amount of the purchase price.

    3. Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited. If the item was purchased by direct credit, the debited account shall be credited).

    Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
