This item is NOT MERCHANTIBLE!! To begin with there is a splice in the cord which defeats the purpose of a retractable leash. Secondly, the battery compartment contacts WERE MISASSEMBLED and the light does not work. I have contacted you/seller twice and have had no reply!

The desk was missing a part, or rather had the wrong one in the box. I contacted customer service 3 weeks ago, and still have not received a response.
I ran to the hardware store and found a nut to take place of the handle, But now you cannot adjust it. and honesty should I have had to do that?

This tent is easy to install and easy to collapse. The only problem, with a light rain the tent leaked. A LOT. Upon calling the manufacture, I come to find out that it leaks a little and it cannot be up for more than a few hours and cannot with stand a "steady" rain. Even though a gentle rain made it leak the manufacture than claimed that it cannot withstand any rain. So story's change but it isn't the poor girls fault. So i couldn't get too mad. She's just doing her job.
They are willing to replace the canopy top with out cost to me and hopefully the new cover can manage to withstand a light rain. We will end up scotch guarding and reinforcing the seems with patches to help with the leaking since we have rain in the afternoons most days. Would I buy this canopy again? If I I had another option on newegg, than no. I think I will leave the non electronic purchases up another website.
