So ordered a skin for wife's Envy 17 and Xmas morning tried to apply it. That is when I discovered the wrist rest piece was wrong. Envy 17 has an offset to left of center trackpad but skin hat cutout for trackpad in center. Next was trying to apply the outside cover which did not reach the curved corners (but has cuts to allow for wrapping on corners) on any side.
Contacted seller via marketplace email and to my surprise got a response Xmas morning asking for pictures (skin and PC) to confirm issue and confirm right skin had been ordered. Marketplace messaging does not allow for file attachments. And replying to emails always bounced as non-deliverable. Finally I setup a download link and provided, and then they stopped responding. Product maybe great but I will never buy anything from these people and recommend you do not either

- All skin stickers must be in its original condition never been used and applied (if the skin has been removed from its backing paper the item is considered used).

If customer request us to re-send correct skin because received wrong skin we NEED buyer send some images to us to verify, otherwise we will NOT comply the requesting.
We reserve the right to determine whether or not any refund / replacement product(s) has violated the Acceptable Use Policy. Items which we feel have violated this policy will either be held, or re-shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
- - All skin stickers must be in its original condition, and ship with rigid stay flat envelop.
- Write "DO NOT BEND" and the RMA number on the outside of the shipping envelop.
- We recommend using postage with tracking # to track item if needed.
