I bought a refurbished Acer computer from this company thru Newegg. The
#4 key is missing in the keyboard that came with the computer. Apparently they did not check the product before shipping. Will not buy from this company again.

I just received Sony headphone today. It did not come with any Manual or the original box. At first I could not pair it up to my cell phone. So I had to look up internet to see the manual, found that I had to push the power button for 7 seconds to connect this thing at initial pairing. I am glad I did found the manual on internet. Otherwise, how would I know that I had to push for 7 seconds to get it worked? This would have been good purchase if the seller included at least simple instruction. Otherwise some customer might think the product is defect due to 7 second pushing things.

Rating + 4 Sony SRSX3

I am rating this seller for selling a refurbed Sony SRSX3. First, I'd like to say it was a GREAT DEAL -even for a refurb!! I am very happy / satisfied with it! It looked like brand new when I got it. There is one small thing tho'. In the remanufacturing process, the battery may have barely passed the strength test. I can use it for only a couple (2-3) hours before the volume is reduced to barely audible (I use it at work) -it seems to last considerably longer when plugged in, but the charger cannot keep up with running the unit, let alone charging the battery. -so after about 7 hours, the unit refuses to run until it gets charged back up a bit. (not great for working overtime)... Seller shipped on time an contents arrived in great condition. -I may just replace the batteries, or use bigger / better ones, although Sony is known for really good li-ion batteries...

Rating + 5 Refurbished item purchase went well

I would say this purchase went well. I was wary of purchasing yet another item off Newegg Marketplace because of bad problems with another seller, but I am VERY HAPPY to say, I had a very positive experience with Secondipity. Their processing was very fast. Their product was exactly as stated on Newegg. The item is refurbished, but, other than packaging and missing manuals (which I download anyway), I would not have known it was refurbished. Based on this experience, when I am looking for anything on Newegg, I will look to see if Secondipity sells the item first and give them my business.

poorly packaged, the thing was basically broken out of the box, touch pad is intermittent, i assume why it was refurbished in the first place...
i did not expect much from acer and a refurb, and i got less than that.
i did a repair myself, for the cost it is not worth my time to deal with shipping back.
I would NOT buy from this seller again. and frankly, you had the chance to get it right when you originally sold me the product.
its not a bad little computer, after you format the drive and put a clean windows install, not the one from acer, loaded with junk

Rating + 1 Poor packaging, dented case

The seller obviously wanted to cut corners on packing the computer. It came wrapped against a piece of cardboard with no padding. The side of the case was bent and the back corner was bent and dented leaving a hole. I required the computer immediately and luckily the damage did not seem to affect the computer performance so I opted to just reduce the damage instead of returning it. I am incredibly dissatisfied that they couldn't even bother with some foam padding like any other electronics shipping box has. I would not trust them again.
