Seller will ship items requiring a signature for delivery. Hopefully, you don't have a job like I do and are home all day to accept the delivery.

Rating + 1 sent me a DEMO tablet

"refurbished" tablet purchased. Received a retail store demo tablet. Unusable. Can't update the OS, can't change settings, and it plays a commercial demonstration for the xperia z every 20 seconds. Called Sony tech support and there is nothing that can be done to deactivate "demo mode"

Purchased a refurb tablet. Shipping was quick, product was exactly as described. As a buyer, I can't ask for much more (except maybe to toss some free candy in the box).

Rating + 1 Horrible customer service from a horrible seller! Will not buy from this seller again!

I have tried to request an order cancellation the same day I placed an order before it shipped.. Instead of cancelling this order and refunding my money, the seller shipped it to me. Now I have to pay to return it to this seller. This is unacceptable. Every time I try contacting the seller over the phone, I get a message saying their offices are now closed, this is even in normal business hours. Very unprofessional! Will never buy from this seller again

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
