Other reviews indicate unsatisfactory manual/instructions. I have to agree - the on-line manual does not apply to the product I have (correct model number, but incorrect info). I will struggle with this to try to find out what it is trying to say, but the frustration level is VERY high - the camera itself seems to work properly, but things like setting the date/time accidentally got passed by and I can't get back to it. Multi control button doesn't access what the manual says it is supposed to. On screen instructions sometimes inaccessible, even though the manual tells you to go there to access some specific function. I expect that this will be gathering dust on the shelf very shortly. Not the sellers fault - Sony needs to re-visit their manual.

Rating + 4 Sony PJ350 Projector Camcorder

The lens cover was open on arrival, but has not affect functionality. Unit shipped without instructions but I found that they are available online. So far I am happy with my purchase from Secondipity, they answered my email question in a timely manner and shipped fairly quickly. Would buy from again.

There were not to responsive on my warranty question but at least for my camera they provide 90 days warranty themselves not from the manufacturer. The price was excellent.

Rating + 2 Poor customer service

I didnt received the accessories advertised with the camera. They shouldn't have advertised the accessories if they dont have them in stock. Seller agreed to do a partial refund after few e-mails. And they informed that refund is processed. It never showed up. And seller stopped responding to e-mails as well. Then they responded after 10 days that it is processed now. Again it never showed up. Same thing continued for two more weeks and then i involved Newegg. One week after that Seller processed the partial refund. It took more than a month to get the partial refund.

Purchase a refurbished video camera. It was shipped quickly and packed well. Included all the accessories except the manual, which can be downloaded, and the original box. Responded quickly to my pre-purchase questions.

IF the purchase is over $150 they require a signature. Hope you are ready to take off work. -- I wasn't and cancelled the order.

ents: I won't be buying anything more from New Egg. The item was shipped requiring a signature, which is stupid because those of us who have jobs aren't home when UPS delivers. I tried to contact New Egg via multiple emails and chats but never got ANY response. I ended up having to take time of from work to receive the package. Thank goodness it showed up because I sure wouldn't have been able to do anything about it if it hadn't. Never again, I'm only ordering from Amazan.

Seller will ship items requiring a signature for delivery. Hopefully, you don't have a job like I do and are home all day to accept the delivery.

RMA instructions

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
