Rating + 2 Poor warehouse Quality Control

Standard shipping 5-7 days. Ordered on 7/9/14. After finally contacting them and after they had to "re-ship" even though it was the same tracking number, I finally got it 7/23/14. A whole EXTRA week for it to get here. The correspondence wasn't bad but never should have needed to contact them. Who knows how long it would have taken if I didn't say anything?! Probably will not order from this seller again!

Rating + 2 RMA Is junk

Sent speaker in, representative said all that was needed was the order / invoice number and they would replace it, over a month later of course they can't " find my box" more or less it got overlooked and here I am without a speaker .

So it said standard shipping 5-7 days. Ordered on 5/7/14 estimated delivery date is 7/20/14. almost 2 weeks. Worst delivery time for Newegg ever. They are really slipping. Not a happy costumer

accidentally sent me a single enclosure instead of the double, but customer service was very friendly and they promptly sent me overnight shipping on the double enclosure for free and let me keep the single enclosure. I would definitely recommend.

Rating + 5 fantastic hi resolution

the monitor is fantastic it supports any camera that uses the same connection the camera that comes with it is only a CMOS camera so the resolution is stretched on the screen and its not high definition somewhat pixelatedto fix this problem I purchased an esky ccd camera which uses the full resolution of the monitor and adds no stretching combined with this fantastic mmonitor it is excellent I would recommend this monitor to anyone very well built

We were waiting for the customer to send in their email address so that we could email them the return slip.

Ordered a set of Kenwood KFC6994PS 6X9 5 way speakers. Yes they were shipped in the store packaging, but INSIDE another cardboard box. I had no problems with the speakers, They were NOT damaged in any way (Thanks to the inch+ of Styrofoam in the store box). This is how the manufacturer ships them, And see nothing wrong with this.

Bottom line. Great seller, Low price, The speakers showed up when i expected them to, and they were undamaged. What more can you ask for?

    Returns Policy

    Returns with 3 Kings are as simple as they can get.

    If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason within the first 30 days just send back the product and you will receive a full refund with no questions asked. If you have any problems with your product within the first 60 days just send back the product and we will send out a replacement for no charge.

    Notify Our Customer Service Department

    All returns must be setup through our customer service department first. Please note that any item that shows avoidable physical abuse cannot be accepted (blown voice coils, cracked screens, etc). If your product has missing parts we will be glad to exchange it but if a refund is requested there will be deductions for the missing pieces (including the box and manuals).

    Return Shipping

    For any orders that are 'refused' or marked 'Return to Sender' the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.

    When returning an item to us please be sure to send it to the return center address given to you by our customer service staff. Returns sent to an address other than the one provided may experience delays in processing or refusal. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer so we strongly advise using a reliable carrier like UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. In addition, we suggest that you insure the item as we cannot be held liable until it is signed for by our return center. If you send your package with a reliable carrier, pack it well and fully insure it you shouldn't have any problems.

    Please be sure to note your order or RA number on or in the box. Feel free to contact our customer service department with any return shipping questions.

    Refunds

    All refunds will be processed promptly after being checked in. The refund will be made to the original payment method of the order. Please note that while we process the refund on our end quickly it may take your bank additional time for it to post back to your account.

    Exchanges

    All exchanges will be shipped promptly after being checked in. If no change of address is requested the replacement item will be shipped to the original shipping address on the order. Please note that an exchange may not always be possible due to an item being out of stock.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
