Rating + 5 Newegg is AWESOME!

I've placed orders with them several times and have never once been disappointed. Products arrive very quickly. On one occasion I did have a problem but it wasn't Newegg's fault, it was a manufacturer issue. Regardless, Newegg's customer service was very good and the product was replaced very quickly. I would absolutely recommend that everyone order from these people. They are what all retailers should be.

Rating + 3 Hit and Miss

I've used LD products for some time now -- they supply toner for about half of the 19 printers under my charge. Typically, their quality and service are above average. Recently, however, I've noticed a decline -- bad or incompatible cartridges, underfilled cartridges).

Case in point: I recently ordered 3 combo-paks of toner, a total of 12 cartridges. Of them, two have been bad. I sent one back to LD, which cross shipped another. While waiting on shipping, I loaded a used spare that still had some toner left in it, which ran out 3 days ago. I changed the spare for the cartridge that LD cross-shipped. It is empty now after 3 days of light usage, and the printer had been complaining of "incorrect toner" -- the same error I sent the first one back for. The cartridges also seemed a little "off". Typically, LD products come branded as such, in a LD-branded box with labels on the cartridges themselves. These arrived in plain boxes and unlabeled, and the cartridges look old. Looking on the interior of the cartridge, from what I could see through the toner door, the toner appeared slightly caked like it'd been exposed to moisture.

Over the years, I've noticed this from them more and more. We also use MSE, so far no problems with them. And their packaging is better. And their plant is local to me. Maybe its time to make the switch for good.

Had a picture of Canon genuine ink which is what I wanted to order. They sent me their knock off brand LD ink. If I wanted LD ink I would have ordered it, I didnt. I hope the refund and shipping goes smoothly.

Had a picture of Canon Ink Cartridge. In the specs stated "Trust genuine Canon CLI-221BK Ink Cartridges to provide outstanding print quality for all your important photos and documents ... Unlike bargain replacement inks, original Canon CLI-221BK Ink cartridges are designed specifically to work with Canon printers for exceptional reliability and performance" Then sent me a knockoff LD replacement ink." I Could have gotten all the ink colors for my printer for this price if I wanted knock offs. No LD, No more Newegg. No confidence in how they operate anymore.

Rating + 5 Great to deal with

I have used this companies ink cartridges in the past, and never had a bit of problem with the quality. Received item 3 days after ordering, which is great considering it came from one coast of the USA to the other. Had a problem with the order (Newegg's website had an issue that caused me to double order), but a call to this company had the issue resolved in less than 5 minutes. I'll be buying from them again.

    Customers returning items can expect to be refunded in the method in which they paid within 7-15 business days of our receipt of their return.

    EXCHANGES

    If you have ordered the wrong product, or if you have purchased a new printer and the product you previously bought does not go with your new printer you can exchange the product as long as it is unopened and falls within our two year return policy. If the box has been damaged, opened or any seals broken we are not able to accept this product for an exchange.

    If you would like to return any of our products for an exchange or refund please send them to the address below. Make sure to completely fill out the form linked here and write your order number down on the outside of the return package. Please indicate on the return form if you would like to receive a refund or exchange for the items you are returning. Refunds are credited back to the method of payment that we have on file. If you wish to exchange your products we will credit the method of payment we have on file and place a new order using that same method of payment. Only products purchased from LD Products can be returned for an exchange and unopened products must be in sellable condition. Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
