Ordered a can opener and was sent the wrong one (plus was overcharged since it was a different one). Messages and emails have not been replied to, and newegg can't help (since it's a marketplace item).
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Please Please PLEASE tell newegg to get rid of this marketplace seller.

I ordered 5 kitchen utensils and only got 3. Followed up with Newegg using their customer service email and never heard back. Disappointed.
