Just be Aware, that after this seller does you wrong; if you leave negative feedback he will call you almost everyday harassing you until you remove the Feedback. I Highly recommend you provide NewEgg with a false telephone number if you are going to buy from this seller.

Have tried repeatedly for someone to respond as to the whereabouts of my purchase from them via NewEgg to NO avail. Will file dispute with PayPal for refund. NewEgg needs to review some of their vendors that they allow on their site.

Rating + 2 Willing to give them another chance in the future, but I don't expect prompt service

I ordered in December of 2012, it was delivered over a week later than expected. I was not given a tracking number. FastMedia's contact number was a generic Google Voice mail box with nothing identifying it as FastMedia's, as a company, or as a customer service number (I don't mind the use of a google voice mail box for customer service, just put your name on it so I know I've called the right number). My messages were not responded to. I was not contacted until AFTER I submitted a negative company rating.

FastMEdia sounds like they are trying to get their act together, and I'll be happy to give them another chance, but I will not trust them to deliver on time or to respond to customer inquiries.

Hopefully they will start providing valid tracking numbers and answering their phone calls BEFORE delivery has occurred.

Took the seller 30 days to tell me the shipment was damaged. They didn't provide me with a valid tracking number. I had to call them for 5 days straight to get someone to pick up the phone. When I finally did get through they told me the shipment was returned to sender for being damaged. I asked for a valid tracking number and they couldn't give me one. I asked for photos of the returned shipment, they couldn't give me one. I asked for something from UPS\Fedex that showed they actually shipped the product .. they couldn't give me one.. In short... they are crooks and I will never buy from them again. They sat on my money for almost two months.. I should of charged interest....

I ordered a DVD box set as a Christmas gift on Dec. 3rd and recieved a tracking number on Dec. 6th. By Dec. 18th I still could not track the package so I used the email seller feature to try to get an update on the status. On Dec. 20th after not getting a response I called the seller and was told that my package had been damaged during shipment on Dec. 17th and could either wait for a replacement or get a refund. I should not have had to call to find out that my package was "damaged during shipment" that there was no tracking information for. Also between placing the order on the 3rd and trying to track the package on the 17th the item was completely removed from newegg.

RMA Policy
    We have 30 days return policy. Please let us know if we can do anything to fix the issue before you initiate return. We have 24 * 7 customer service and we are equally responsive on email as well.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
