We are so happy with our security camera. It has a great picture and picks up great at night too. We have it outside and get an e-mailed pic of whoever comes to our door. The seller had the camera to us in 2 days and we were up and running that night. Thank you :o)

I ordered this device specifically because it was advertised as a version 1.4b genuine device. When it arrived I was immediately aware that this was not a genuine device.
It reported itself as a 1.5 device, It's performance was below expectations, It failed to respond to security commands that a genuine device would. I took it apart and verified that the chip was indeed a cheap fake. I am very dissatisfied with this purchase.

product did not work , cant call them no answer, tried message no answer, had newegg message them no answer. would not recommend at all. Buyer beware stay away. had to give 1 egg or wouldnt have given any.

is 12v and 2A or not but get no reply.

I received the camera damaged even though there was no damage to the outside box. This seller handled the issue very promptly. A few emails with descriptions of the problem and they promptly replaced the item. Good customer service!

I bought a camera that had poor quality and requested a return. The reply was barely readable. The request was for me to send them a photo to an email address. And then cut out the address.

First i have been waiting for longer than a week, New egg shipping is usually very good, even when dealing with other sellers on new-egg I never had any problems.. Not only is my order taking for ever to get, but the tracking number has nothing to track... and Your phone number no one speaks Eng and hangs up and beeps when i get someone on the phone... This is not the service I expect from a seller from new-egg.. This only gives me more reasoning if i am actauly going to get my product or if its going to work....Worst BUY EVER!!!

1 egg is solely on the quality of shipping. I ordered on a thursday. Shipped via USPS and label was not created until the weekend. Package was not taken to the post office until Wed. One week to even get around to shipping is absurd.

They took more than 2 business days to process the order, and they ignored my request to cancel the order because of the delay.

If you order from these people you are taking a huge chance. I received the wrong product like so many others had. After a month of getting nowhere they finally issued a refund BUT NOT the full amount! They also want me to pay to send the wrong item back to them which was their fault to begin with. I already started the dispute process with my credit card company. Btw, they don't answer their phones and only reply to your emails late at night which makes it hard to get a quick resolution.
You have been warned so if you buy from these people its on you. Plan on getting the wrong item and a huge headache. One more thing, they said in numerous emails that they attached a shipping label to the email but that was a total lie. I own a computer company and am very familiar with email and can tell if an attachment is sent with the email. There was never an attachment to any email and they would never do any of my many request or ideas on how to get the shipping label to me.
