I don't know why I didn't get this sooner. It's easy, fast, and small. No accident waiting to happening with something hanging off by a few inches. It's perfect and I'm happy with the speed.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, please follow the guidelines detailed below, and we will be happy to assist you in returning your product(s).
• Items purchased can be returned to Sapido Technology within 30 days of receipt.
• You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price. A refund will be issued through the original form of payment within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.
• A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns.
• Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Sapido’s 1-Year Limited Warranty
Your exclusive remedy and Sapido’s entire liability under this limited warranty will be for Sapido, at its option, to (a) repair the product with new or refurbished parts, or (b) replace the product with a reasonably available equivalent new or refurbished Sapido product. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and Sapido will send the fixed products or replacements to the customers at no additional charges to the customers. Any repaired or replacement products will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer. All products and parts that are replaced become the property of Sapido.
