Standard Return Policy
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and making sure that we offer great customer service is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, please follow the guidelines detailed below, and we will be happy to assist you in returning your product(s).
• Items purchased can be returned to Sapido Technology within 30 days of receipt.
• You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price. A refund will be issued through the original form of payment within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.
• A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns.
• Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Sapido’s 1-Year Limited Warranty
Your exclusive remedy and Sapido’s entire liability under this limited warranty will be for Sapido, at its option, to (a) repair the product with new or refurbished parts, or (b) replace the product with a reasonably available equivalent new or refurbished Sapido product. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and Sapido will send the fixed products or replacements to the customers at no additional charges to the customers. Any repaired or replacement products will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer. All products and parts that are replaced become the property of Sapido.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
