Rating + 1 Missing order

I ordered 3 AWS-100 was charged for 3 but only received 1 and called them so many times already they said they will ship the other 2 express/overnight; that was Friday last week and still not received. They said they will email me UPS tracking# but when I opened my email they just resent the one order I had in May. So inconsistent; talked to Bran and Jay still unresolved issue
