The item does not work. It runs in circles but will not fly.
I have filled out form for return number, but have not received any communication about it. I would like to return item and have a full refund. I feel full refund is in order as the item doesn't work and cannot be restocked and sold to another party. I do not want a replacement item..

Fast shipping, no shipping info, as it came USPS, but like everything I've bought from newegg, it was on my doorstep within 5 days. Good customer service, my order was missing a part, but the issue was quickly resolved,. Would certainly order from again. Well worth 5 eggs.
