Rating + 1 Very poor seller


Seller shipped wrong item, took almost 3 weeks to correct it, and then only after I engaged Newegg customer service and Google, and my credit card company. The seller ignored most of my emails, claimed they never arrived. (I used delivery receipts to confirm they arrived at his server.) Newegg customer service gave me his phone number, which was also a dead end, as no one ever answers.

The product is fine and arrived on time. But, when I opened the package I was a bit concerned. The box the pump came in from the manufacturer look like it had been in storage for 20 years. I think the seller is rejoicing that someone finally bought this pump.

I was sent the wrong item. I called NewEgg who instructed me to call the seller directly. I called the seller and left a detailed message with order number and everything. Never heard back from them. That was over 2 weeks ago.

Rating + 1 Missing items, no response from seller

Was supposed to come with two bulbs, but upon receiving and opening the package, it only contained one. Immediately emailed the seller, and received an out of office reply saying they'd be back in a few days. Waited a week, still no response. Emailed them again, and it's been a couple weeks and I haven't heard anything. At this point I just want a refund as I grew weary of waiting and purchased bulbs locally.

Although the product arrived later than expected, I am still happy to have received this product. I installed the lights immediately, and am happy with the result. I look forward to putting these led's to work as I continue fire policing. I would recommend this seller, as well as purchase products from them in the future.

Wrong item was shipped by Comfort Wheels. Never reached a live person for customer service support after leaving 5 messages I contacted Newegg Customer Service. Only purchase from Newegg--they are fantastic. Spoke to a real person every time, and they credited account for refund within 3 days, plus received three emails from Newegg explaining the whole refund process. Newegg you rock, Comfort Wheels--sorry won't try to buy from you again.

I would not recommend this seller. Ordered a GPS Friction Bean Bag Dash Mount. Seller sent a cheap suction cup mount made in China. Sent countless emails, photos of the item I received and the issue is still not resolved. Seller could not even view the *.jpg image that was provided even though it was sent to them from 3 different email accounts. I would avoid this seller .

Return Instruction

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
