Rating + 5 Good response to bad marketing...

I purchased a product because they represented that it was from a particular manufacturer (Garmin). They shipped a generic substitute. When I contacted them about the error this is what they did:
[1] Responded at end of 2nd day.
[2] Apologized.
[3] **IMMEDIATELY** credited a full refund. The credit appeared on my credit card within 24 hours.
[4] Told me to keep the product.
[5] Pulled the incorrect listing from Newegg (I double-checked just now). If they hadn't done this then I would have given them only 1 egg, but this last action indicates this was not intentional and I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

Based on their customer service I would consider ordering from them again. (But I would definitely go through newegg and check the contents carefully.)

PS: The generic product they had sent did not meet my needs, so it was useless to me.

Set me a Phone that was DOA, requested a refund, iSave said ok, then never posted the refund. Went to Newegg, and THEY took care of the return/refund. Wont use iSave again.

Rating + 1 Scam Artists, DO NOT BUY

These people created false ads on newegg, advertised the Garmin Forerunner 920 + HRM Bundle, which I purchased. They only sent the watch - no HRM. Gave me the run around until they finally said they couldn't get the Heart Rate monitor -. SCAM. Do not ever buy from iSAVE

Sent me a battery that will not take a charge after sitting in a charger for 24 hours straight. Would not order from them again.

Rating + 1 Sent broken item, not able to return

Received a malfunctioning item. Could not get through the by phone although I tried on 3 different days and waited as it circled an audio loop saying they were busy and would be with me shortly. I listened to this for nearly 40 minutes yesterday before I hung up. Called Newegg as they were the company I ordered through, but they told me they could not help as they were only a portal for this merchant. Stuck with a broken product and nowhere to turn

Picture showed Titanium coated Remington shaver screen and blades package. I received the cheaper non-titanium coated Remington shaver screen and blades.

Rating + 1 Bait and switch

When I ordered my Garmin 800 Performance Bundle it indicated it was the whole bundle. When I got the package, it was only the computer. They eventually accepted the return without a stocking charge but were indignant about irt and renamed the the package sometime after I ordered it to Computer only.
