Item was as expected in a sealed blister pack. Arrived in good condition. Used DHL as shipper and they are very slow adding two days to transit time.

Rating + 1 If you never receive your product, do not expect your shipping to be refunded. They will keep it.

They listed false information in the reason for refund. I never received the product yet they said I was "dissatisfied" with it. The "ship to" address was correct; no reason it shouldn't have arrived, yet it never arrived not once, but twice.
I will never purchase from iSave again.

I became concerned after I placed my order to read some negative reviews. My only complaint was that the tracking they sent to me did not work. I don't know what carrier they used but the shaver heads showed up in my mail a week after I ordered them. They were the correct parts, just what I ordered.

shipping for this item from iSave was fast. The customer support service was quick, and they got my issues resolved quickly. Would definitely buy from iSave again in the future.

Rating + 1 False advertising, poor customer service.

First, the seller did not send the item as described. The item that I ordered is an Intel NUC kit with the RAM, HDD and SSD. However, the seller only sent an Intel NUC kit without the other components. Upon the contact with the seller, the seller took a few days to acknowledge that they sent the wrong item.

Instead of sending the correct item, the seller close listing and claim that the product advertised does not exists. Clearly, the seller does not know what it is selling. If the product does not exists, the seller should not have sent out another item as a substitute in the first place.

Also, the seller took did not know that newegg messaging system truncate emails address and hyperlinks. Took a long time before the seller could send me the return label.

A wast of time and incurred opportunity costs to buy other similar items that were on discount.

Rating + 1 Very BAD, not received item and refuse to refund, have to contact NewEgg 20 times to get refunded.

never order from NewEgg again! other site is a better place to shop, cause it takes responsibility for the products on their site!

    You may return or exchange merchandise for any reason within 30 days. There are certain conditions that must be met before any request for refund or exchange can be accepted. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
