Recd the wrong item. The adapter did not fit my Tom Tom gps. Overall the delivery was very fast.

I order 3 Jabra headsets and they sent me the wrong ones. I contacted them to correct their error. They sent me a shipping label to send the wrong ones back which I sent back the same day. I then asked if they could send the correct headsets out so I can get them in a timely matter. They refused to budge from their policy even though the shipping error was their fault. I tracked the return package and showed it was delivered and I sent them an email to let them know that my package was back in their warehouse. Their response was it takes 2-3 business days to verify that the package was received back before they can ship the correct items out. So now I am going on my second week to get the product I paid for and after all is said and done I will have been waiting close to 3 weeks to get the items that I ordered.

I ordered a product and received a notice of payment on 9/01/2016. I am trying to track the order and NewEgg has no idea where it is at. The tracking number generates a message that the number cannot be found, try back in 24 hours. Today is 9/05/2016. Can anyone tell me when I can expect to see my product?

Rating + 1 Bad seller - Never buy from anyone on Newegg.

This seller identified the part as a LG2011 - with a Socket R but that is not what they sent. Also, it should have had the narrow ILM. Now charging a restocking fee of 15% and won't try and get the correct part in exchange. Newegg also charged us for other items that sellers didn't have in stock before they shipped. Then fraudulent charges on our credit card. Amaz@n is better and the seller never has you credit card information. Use Amaz@n!!

Rating + 1 NewEgg Marketplace Vendor, iSave, Is Horrible! 0 Rating!

I would HIGHLY recommend never purchasing products through NewEgg's marketplace vendor, iSave. They shipped me a damaged product. After immediately contacting NewEgg and requesting a replacement, it took them 6 days to send the return label. THEN after 16 days, I received the replacement - which was THE EXACT DAMAGED PRODUCT I RETURNED!! I contacted NewEgg for a refund, and they would only assist by submitting yet another return request to iSave. Now, I have to wait again for them to send the return shipping label and they won't refund my money until they have processed the returned product - which could be up to 1 week after they receive it!!! NewEgg has lost a customer because they choose to work with poor quality vendors like this!

Do not order from this company. After being contacted from Newegg that the item was on backorder I canceled the order with Newegg a few days later. Then to no surprise iSave shipped the item a few hours later, go figure.... I should have looked at the reviews for this company prior to ordering. Now I have to wait "a few days" for my second cancellation to show on my end. This is going to make me not use Newegg to make purchases in the future... very disappointing.. should have just used Amaz☻n now I see the product is cheaper there!

Rating + 4 More about saving than service but generally favorable

The product received is as expected. As others mentioned the packaging is very minimal. The blister pack (plastic original package) "appeared" to have been opened but I think it wasn't actually opened. It just got split a little because my headset was in an un-padded plastic envelope.

The newegg websites tracking links never worked which may have as much to do with DHL as Newegg and that led to feeling uncertain about when it would arrive. So while that isn't a reflection on iSave, it didn't help the overall user experience. When I called NewEgg they informed me about the real URL to use to track the delivery which went from DHL to USPS. So if you have that feeling, call and they will help. Overall product arrived timely and in fine working order.
