Avoid seller. Clearly states supplying original Samsung part with correct number. Actually supplied generic part from some other company - not Samsung OEM as ordered. Taken almost 3 weeks to get $$ back from Newegg and still waiting Newegg cooperative though

It took more than two weeks for this product which was a small battery that fit in a standard envelope to arrive.
Being a battery it is too early to comment on its quality. All I can say at this point is that it works.

Rating + 3 Quick service but...

I'm giving this seller an "Average" overall, because, although the batteries were shipped promptly, they don't look like what was pictured in the ad. I'm testing them now, to see how well they hold a charge. If they perform well, I might improve the score. It's just annoying when items are not as pictured.

Rating + 1 Almost a month and still don't have my products or my money back!

I ordered two Suunto KB-20 compasses on July 5th and still don't have my order or a refund. iSave is an iScam!!! The first package came completely empty even though there was no damage to the package. It was even stamped by the postal service “received package with no contents” when they received it from DHL. Then it took almost two more weeks to get the second (replacement) package with only one compass in it. Called both iSave and NewEgg again on 7/30/14 and received terrible service from both. I was on hold with NewEgg for a timed 37 minutes to speak to a customer representative for about three minutes. They asked me to send pictures of the packaging and told me they would send me an email once they received the pictures with a case or claim number and a status update. Well, it has been two days and still no email from NewEgg. As for iSave you will be lucky if they even answer the phone. If they do answer the phone you will have to speak to someone in very broken english who will be sweet, kind and promise you they will take care of the problem immediately but you will get no real help. As far as I am concerned, iSave is committing fraud and I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. As of right now I have been on the phone with NewEgg for 47 more minutes and have only spoke to a human for about 6-7 minutes of that time. In total I have spent over two and a half hours on hold over the last month and I still don’t have my product or my money back. iSave once more has made me a promise that they are now refunding my money, but I won’t believe it until I see it. They said it will take until Monday or Tuesday to show up in my account. It is currently 6:30 PM on Friday 8/01/2014. Oh, as for why they never sent the second compass? Even though the iSave rep said they had it in stock and it would be sent out Priority Mail last Wednesday, he now says they did not have it in stock at all and that is why it was not sent. He even had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to wait for them to get it back in stock!!! Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. It won’t let me add the name, but it’s a river in south America. That is where I will take my business!

Rating + 4 What it was supposed to be

Batteries arrived new, 1500 mah batteries as advertised. Work fine. No brand name is apparent on the battery. Only issue is that it said shipping was with DHL but the tracking number did not work - turned out shipping was via US mail

I ordered two phones. One of them worked fine. The other one was defective. It was a hassle to call them to return it, and they refused to expedite shipping. So I am now returning the phone for a refund and buying it somewhere else.

I ordered a handset. They shipped me a key detector?? They refused to honor the original order and correct it even after I emailed them a copy of the original invoice. I gave up and asked for a credit. I paid to ship it back as well! Have yet to see the credit....

I bought the items for some of my users and it was not what they wanted. I contacted iSave Customer Service and the were very helpful and sent the RMA right out for the return. They also did a follow up call after they received the items to make sure everything I needed was taken care. I give them 2 thumbs up for Customer Service.
