I ordered a costume and when it arrived in the mail, it did not fit because the sizing guide was inaccurate. When I tried to reach Costumelicious to get an RMA number so that I could return the costume for a refund, they didn't respond. They failed to respond to four emails. I finally had to contact New Egg costumer service. New Egg handled it quickly and easily, but my experience with Costumelicious on this transaction was below par.

Originally I was going to purchase this item (retro sailor costume) on party city.com. Was going to cost me about $75 dollers in total just to ship to me. Then I did some looking around and came across this seller on Newegg. First time buying from this seller aswell as this website, let me just say I am very pleased!! I paid about $40 in total which means I saved over $30!. Fast shipping, costume was practically brand new! Am very very very happy =) thank you!

Rating + 1 Do Not Buy From This Seller!

I paid for 1 day shipping ($30) so that I could get my costume in time for a halloween party. The order was placed on Wednesday. After I realized that the shipping promise did not include packing time, I tried to call and see what my options could be to have it in time. Also, I paid for expidited one day shipping. The package shipped out yesterday but was not going to be delivered until Saturday. That is 2 days, NOT one day like promised. Luckily, I sweet talked my way through the post office to drive there and pick it up myself. I sent this seller two messages and have yet to hear back from them! Terrible way to do business.

Rating + 2 Lesson learned?

The purchase was quick and smooth, but I guess my lesson to learn was to not attempt to buy children's costumes on line. The costume marked 3T-4T would not even come close to fitting on my toddler who wears a 4T. Honestly, the opening wouldn't even fit over her head. The return process being so cumbersome from this seller along with the fact that I would have to pay for return shipping AND the shipping of the replacement item made it not worth my while to attempt to exchange. I guess they're only interested in selling, not so much in ensuring that their customers are happy after the sale. I learned my lesson -- it cost me the price of one kid's costume.

No one replied to any of my emails in regards to returning the item. They make it very difficult to return an item. Ill never order from this seller again.they only accept email for return, but no one replies.......

    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
