Standard Return Policy
Your item must be in brand new, factory sealed condition for Surveillent to accept the return and a restocking fee of up to 15% might apply although we always try and first waive this fee. Any original shipping costs will not be refunded and you. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. An exception to this policy would be software, batteries, or media which will not be exchanged or replaced, even if it was never opened.
In order to return an item for a refund, repair or replacement, you will need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us. Any packages shipped back us without this RMA number will be refused and shipped back to you. To request an RMA number, simply email us at Newegg@Surveillent.com. Place the original package into a separate shipping carton and do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. You will need to ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
