We at Tags Weekly strive to provide you, your friends and family with the most competitive value on many top brands in fashion. We began in the summer of 2008 selling used clothes operating out of our garage for about 18 months and then moved to a commercial warehouse space in 2011.

From the start, our focus has always been selling trendy apparel at a fraction of retail. Over the years, we have made an even stronger commitment to Tags Weekly. We plan to add an even broader product line by sourcing brand new designer goods from major manufacturers and upscale department stores.

We work with some of the top companies in the apparel industry to acquire retail quality merchandise to pass on at discount prices. Additionally, we really look for our suppliers to assist us in finding the great values that come from overstocked inventories, liquidation sales, close-out items, demo products, and more.

Rating + 2 The hat barely fits.

I like the feel and style as well as the price. However when I put it on it feels likes it's crushing my head. I wish I had a larger size but since the only size was one size fits all or one size fits most I did not have much of a choice.

Rating + 1 Shipped Wrong Shorts TWICE!

Very angry, ordered a pair of shorts from first which was sourced through TAGS WEEKLY, they shipped wrong shorts (looked like girls shorts - only thing same was color). I asked for return or refund, they made me pay Shipping and go to post office for a box. Said they will refund my shipping, but their email was more concerned with "negative feedback" than with getting me the right product that their photos and descriptions state on the site and newegg sites. I sent back and requested they call , never got a call nor apology for sending wrong pants and causing me to have to go and return it. 2 hours out of my day.... I went to where I am a customer and found the same product (same photo "Aeropostale mens longer length cargo floral design shorts - 238 - 36" and ordered it again while I waited for TAGS WEEKLY To refund me for the 1st mis-shipped screw up). Today, i got shipped the SAME pair of wrong shorts from TAGS weekly - same vendor..uhg. still no call.

RMA Policy
    We value your business and stand behind everything we sell. We will do everything possible to assure you are satisfied. When you receive your purchase if you are not 100% satisfied, please Contact Us and we will do our best to make you happy. If you still wish to return your purchase, simply ship the item(s) back to us and we will refund your original purchase price less (a) the original shipping charge, and (b) a handling fee of $5 or 10% (whichever is greater).

    We must be notified of your intent to return your item(s) within 10 days of receiving them, and the original item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

    1. All returns require return authorization. Please contact our Returns Department for an RA Number before returning an item otherwise the return will be rejected.

    2. Item(s) must be returned in original, unused condition within 14 days with original tags/packaging. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued. If there are any signs of wear, heavy perfumes or smoke the item will be mailed back to you. If applicable, any protective inner lining must be intact. Intimate apparel bottoms including panties and swimwear bottoms are non-returnable.

    3. When we receive your package our goal is to have this resolved within 5 business days. You will receive a refund for the purchase price less all shipping costs. The Returns Authorization Form must be completed and included in the box.

    International customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes brokerage, and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
