quick delivery, however I have not changed to
he bulb yet. The tv warning sign came on a few times but since the bulb was delivered the warning has not appeared so I will continue to wait until it pops up again

The Mitsubishi DMD chip fixed everything perfectly. Only took about a half hour to install and get up and running. Glad I went this route because I couldn't take the black and white dots covering the screen

Rating + 1 No customer service

Do not buy anything from this vendor (Dynamic lamps). I bought a lamp for my Mitsubishi DLP TV and it exploded after 1 1/2 days. I was disappointed but OK with that, quality glitches happen, lamp had a 1yr warranty, I'll just request a replacement. WRONG! after 1 month of multiple email, thru NewEgg and directly to Dynamic Lamps, and multiple voicemails directly to dynamic lamps, I have gotten absolutely no response.
On top of that, the bulb was advertised as OEM but I received a knock-off!
I gave this 1 egg but wish I could have given zero!!!

Received item on time although right away noticed a rattling noise in the package opening it up found that a small piece of plastic had broke off. My not even be the sellers fault. The product still \worked great with no problem installing, gives great picture.

Completely worthless. About 1/5 the brightness (if that) of previous replacement lamps. Thought it may be the projector so I waited to leave a review until I put another replacement lamp in and nope, was just a really poor quality lamp. Do NOT buy. And don't even try to waste your time with a RMA If you fell for it how I did.

Lamp was perfect, easy to install. Running only for one month now, but absolutely bright and of course way brighter than the 7 year-old original lamp replace in my Samsung 5687.

Rating + 3 In correct housing for Sony XL2200

The Philips replacement bulb was received with incorrect housing. The replacement bulb ordered was for Sony P/N XL2200. Had to take out the bulb from the housing and put it into the original Sony housing. An average person would be stumped, expecting a one to one replacement housing!

Rating + 3 Shipping Issue

The product is working just fine, my only issue is that I paid $25 dollars for 2-day shipping and the product didn't ship from the warehouse until 2 days later and arrive 2 days thereafter. This could have been an oversight on my part, but I was just a bit surprised with the time it took to ship initially.

Rating + 5 Awesome!!!!

My Samsung DLP HLS5087W started to get darker and suddenly it was not even turning on..I was very frustrated but the tv had given me 7 good years so I could not complain. I started to check the internet for solutions and it appeared to be my lamp. After some research on which brand to buy, it seemed Phillips was the way to go...this is the cheapest you can pay for this lamp model and I looked everywhere...I got it in 2 days and it fit my tv perfectly, after 1 min I was up and running on my brand new tv lol...lets see how long it last...this is OEM
