Return policy and RMA
1. We provide a 1-year warranty on the products we sell. For the first 3 months, the item(s) can be returned for refund or replacement should it becomes defective, damaged or simply does not meet your expectations. From the third month onwards, we will provide a maintenance service.
2. Please be advised that we will not cover any postage costs for product return unless it suffers from manufacture defect or damage. Please kindly note that we do not provide prepaid shipping labels, and the postage refund will be issued after we have received the returned parcel.
3. Please contact us for a RMA number and return procedures before return. We will not bear any responsibilities in case of lost parcel without prior contact.

Rating + 2 RMA Process Poor

Product arrived quickly and apparently undamaged, but didn't work. RMA was requested for replacement. Company representative asked that I troubleshoot by replacing cable with a known good cable and using a different computer of the same type. I explained that I had neither as the USB cable used a small connector at the device end that I didn't have. I asked that they forward a good cable for the test and that I'd locate another computer for test. Company requested I return item at my expense and if they found a problem they would replace the item. This is an inexpensive adapter and isn't worth that risk/expense when dealing with a company that I don't have an existing trust relationship with. I feel that for a low priced adapter they should have sent me a new one if I returned the old one, and ideally they would have handled shipping both ways. Otherwise they should have listed the item as "non-returnable" without RMA support.

Read other comments. Pre-install driver prior to installing card (don't know if this was necessary, but why mess with success). Plug card into slot applying pressure over pin engagement (rear USB port and power adapter). Let windows do it's thing and viola! USB3 slots in your "older" laptop. I have not found it necessary to use the supplied power adapter. I have only one slot used to power and communicate with My Toshiba Canvio 2TB drive (EXCELLENT!) used for backup. Backup time is now about 20% of what USB2 used to provide, so, I'm a happy camper. I had one issue where the card could not be found. Unplugged it, plugged it back in, and it self discovers. No biggie. For the price, it was an amazing step into the world of USB3.0 without breaking the bank. Buy. Install. Enjoy.

Rating + 3 No delivery, but handled it.

It was over two weeks from ordering, and I never received my product in the mail. I emailed them about it, and their response was to give me a refund, if I ever do receive the product or not. It took about another week, but I did get my money back through Newegg and PayPal.

When I go to I expect to be buying from Newegg. I didn't even realize I wasn't until after checkout. This has made Newegg and their brand untrustworthy in my opinion. I wont be shopping there again, and this is from a long time customer.

Rating + 5 Spoiled by Newegg

I originally gave this a 3-egg...but it's because I guess I'm spoiled with Newegg's service. Nothing went wrong with the order. Nothing. Product showed up in a reasonable amount of time, for a decent price, no problems. So I came back and gave it a 5-egg. Compared to some transactions from other companies--I'd give this company a 10-egg rating. But it's just tough to one-up Newegg.

    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
