Purchased several photo equipment items from seller. They were shipped out very fast and everything was as expected. One bulb was not working in the kit I purchased. One email to seller and replacement was immediately sent. I highly recommend this seller.

Received an item that was badly DOA, cracked case, unit, everything. Took me a bit to get an RMA, even had to send picture of damage, but they sent a replacement unit in the end.

I have no complaints about the product, however I ordered the 5-7 day shipping and it a full 15 days to arrive. My invoice said it was shipped via Fed-Ex ( I even got a tracking number) when the gum ball machine arrived, it came via the postal service. I dont know what happened but it's things like this that will keep me from shopping with you again.
