Bought the "Impulse 10000mAh Power Bank External Battery Charger ". The item worked until I had to recharge it. It took a long time to get an RMA #. I mailed it back (at my expense) over a month ago. I have not heard a word from them. I don't know when or if I will get my defective product replaced. Newegg use to be a seller that you could trust and recommend to friends... so far, my experience with the 3rd party market place is going to make me think twice about coming back to newegg.

Item arrived promptly but did not work. Support has been very sketchy. After a few days they asked for a phone number to debug the situation but after a few days with no call I was told to return the unit. I returned the unit 8 days ago but again no word and no refund. Not a very happy TekGrabber customer. Giving one star because zero wasn't an option.

If I could rate with NO eggs filled I would. I returned the tablet I purchased and I've never received a refund of the cost (on 2/16 it will be a month since I returned the tablet). The tablet was defective. I will now call my credit card company and file a report for a refund of my money. TekGrabber does NOT have customer service. They return NO calls and they return NO emails. I will also be notifying the Better Business Bureau.

Third class cheap Product. When I asked for RMA, they replied me after 7 days and told me to ship to Canada out of country for refund.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

Stay Away!
My product came defective. First, they wanted me to keep it even though the lights didn't work properly. I said no. So they sent me a label and I returned it. They now have my product and my money -- they do not return any phone calls or emails. I am forced to call my credit card company and file a report.

This is a fast and nice seller! My only complaint is the use of USPS since there tracking system is awful. I received my order today but the tracking info showed "Unavailable" the whole time.
