I read the add carefully no clue it was from China the armature drags or rubs as I rotate it by hand its to much work to install and experiment with the Longevity of it I want to return it can,t figure out the process Not Happy Gene

Rating + 1 Awful Customer Service!

I ordered an alternator for my car and paid $60.00 for next day air shipping. I even CALLED TO CONFIRM THE SHIPMENT DATE! The item ships, but as ground. I call and state I need to cancel this item because I needed the part that weekend to repair my car. They said, sure and that they would re-route the package, and refund me. Well, the package arrived. YOU SHOULD FIRE PEOPLE FOR BEING THIS DUMB!!!

Rating + 1 Worst customer service I've ever experienced

The item I ordered is listed as a replacement for a part I need. It was a great price so I ordered it, but when my mechanic attempted the install, the unit did not fit. I researched the description of what I received to the part it is supposed to replace. The description this merchant has on Newegg does not match the supplier's description for the part it is supposed to replace (coarse threads vs. fine threads). I contacted the seller to let them know and request a RMA. They responded that their ad is correct and I ordered the wrong part. They accept 0 responsibility. Further, their returns policy says they process returns 3-5 days after receiving them. 10 days after they received mine, I emailed them to check status. They enter in Newegg that they received it day I emailed them to check status (I have a UPS tracking #). They also put on the RMA that I returned it because I no longer needed it, so they are charging a 20% restock fee, which I am currently disputing. Horrible experience.

Right parts right on time. Never thought I'd go through Newegg to find parts for my mower even if through a resale partner. Invoice and everything clear and to the point. Heavy boxing and time taken with packaging to ensure sound delivery.

Rating + 1 Damaged beyond use

Part arrived damaged. 1/8 inch steel mount was bent at a 45 degree angle when it should have been at 90 degrees. The seller wanted me to take pictures of the damage and email it to them. I'm guessing they wouldn't take my word. I won't buy anything else from them.

Return Instruction

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
