I recently purchased "Lucas 10006 Gun Oil 2 oz. Case of 18" expecting a "Case of 18". I received 1 grimy bottle instead of 18. I was told by the seller that a case of 18 would have cost me $61 so I should have known I was only purchasing 1 bottle, not a case. They need to change the description on the website so others won't misunderstand what they are purchasing.

I will not be using this seller ever again.

purchased a hypertech tuner for my 2013 Camaro 3.6L,and some sites said it would work,and some said no,and after recieving it,found it would not work.
Autoplicity was very fast and easy to deal with to get it returned to them for a full refund.

Advertised as a PAIR, received one item. Also did not include packing order with shipment/ Contacted seller who assured me they would check into this issue and respond before end of business day, what did not happen. Having doubts as to a timely resolution.

Rating + 1 Poor Customer Service

Autoplicity, has the worst program for RMA, or returning items. The one person that they have doing this is slow and inconsistent. My case has some varying factors, but the bottom line is they, are a JOKE. I suggestion is to go somewhere else for your truck needs.

I am sorry you feel that way, however your "factors" are the fact that you have purchased the wrong item, received an RMA and are upset that you are responsible for return shipping fee's. I am sorry but we do not cover return shipping when a customer has purchased the wrong item. Had we shipped the wrong item or the wrong part number, we would cover all fee's as explained in our return policy. I am sorry but your return shipping can not be covered by Autoplicity as this was not a Autoplicity issue. Furthermore you were issued a RMA number within 24-48 hours which is 100% acceptable.

Rating + 1 Bad Experience - Don't Buy

Beware! Ordered a part and then received a shipping tracking number. The number that was emailed to me was not a valid tracking number. Called the company 6 times over several days trying to get answers as to why the tracking number emailed to me was incorrect. Each time I called I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes on hold and when I did get to talk to someone, they offered no help whatsoever.

Finally, after 11 days of no help, I was able to talk to someone that could give me answers. They informed me that the product was out of stock. I was refunded the cost of the product, but not all. Apparently there is some kind of fee involved that was not refunded.

Poor communication, public relations and business practices. I will not buy from this company again.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
