The earrings were so small they almost slip through the hole in my wife's ear. I was not able to get anyone one at the phone number they supplied.

Rating + 1 Horriable Seller - No Return at all

I ordered a pair of diamond earring from them. The diamond does not look similar to the one shown in the picture. I contact the seller for return, but I did not receive any response at all. I would not recommend this seller to any one, since the you will not able to return anything if something is wrong with the item purchased.

No return information included. Contacted 3 times... no response to needing an address to return to. Need a magnifying glass to see these. Too small for any adult. Trying to return for 2 weeks now. Terrible response time.

No not use this seller. They do not respond to emails. Newegg defers all communications to the seller but the seller does not respond. One of the worst interactions I've ever had.

Seller printed label and Newegg tracking system called it shipped. But tracking indicates it never left the seller facility and I never received it.

I have tried to contact Newegg and seller twice no with no response.

Rating + 1 Absolute trash

I ordered a set of earrings from the company. After 24 days (not hours, days!) all they've done was create a shipping label. I've tried to contact them by phone but no one ever answers (Called during standard business hours EST) and even their voice mailbox is full so I can't leave them a message. Buyers beware of this company.

Do not order from this company, the reviews are correct. I ordered and then 3 days later, they changed the description of the item. the merchant responded with i wasnt the buyer, because it was to be shipped to a different address/ name, I replied by emailed and asked to cancel it again, later that night, they sent me shipping confirmation that it was going to be shipped. I contacted newegg directly and filed a claim with them, with it was cancelled. Days later my refund finally came it.

Super slow to process the order, super slow to create a shipping label, then even slower to actually ship the item. What can I say except...SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW
