Furinno, named from Furniture Innovation, is founded in the United States during 2010 by a couple of young entrepreneurs as a joint venture to the 20 years experienced manufacturer in Malaysia. Furinno introduces a new trend of RTA (Ready-To-Assemble) modern furniture to the market with the concept to fit in your space, your style and to fit on your budget.

Though direct investment by the manufacturer, Furinno is able to involve vertically in the process of product research and development, quality control, operation, supply chain, and customer services. Within two years, Furinno has gron to be one of the world largest RTA manufacturers, exporters, and suppliers.

The main parts of Furinno products are particleboard made from recycled materials of rubber trees, recycleable PVC tubes, and non-woven bins, all eco-friendly. These materials are manufactured in Malaysia where there are abundant supply of old rubber trees and the production does comply with the green rules of production. There is no foul smell, durable and it is considered one of the most stable amongst the particleboards. Thus, our products have been granted "Green Label" by Singapore Environment Council.

Our manufacturing plant has about 300 multi-skilled and specialized key staffsworking at numerous branch offices, factories and warehouses located in Singapore, Malaysia, USA, China, Taiwan, Vietnam and Hong Kong. These staffs has been constantly working on improving the products and researching the best design and cost that meet different customers' need.

Rating + 1 Horrible Packaging/Missing Pieces/No Service

I bought two desk chairs from them. The packaging they shipped them in was completely defective. Both of them looked like they had been opened and resealed multiple times, and they had gaping holes on the tops and sides. If I had been home at the time these were delivered, I would have rejected the shipment on this basis alone.

One of the packages was missing the castors. Attempts to contact the seller by email and phone failed. They even have the wrong phone number for customer support printed on their packaging.

I would avoid this seller at all costs.

While I do enjoy the product I received from them I was appalled at how I received it. The box had a total of 5 SMALL pieces of tape holding it together, of which only 2 were still holding on. An entire side of the box was wide open! They need to pack things better. I don't know how long it was like this, but at anytime it could have fallen out of the box!

Rating + 1 Irresponsible Seller. Item didn't deliver even after 40 Days

I ordered a Furinno 11237SBE PASiR 4-Tier Shelf w/4 Door/Round Handle in early January. No coomunication regarding the shipment. Item didn't arrive even after 40 days of purchase. When contacted the customer support, I was informed that he item appears to be lost in shipping and they dont have any tracking info. Offered a replacement, which needs another 2 days for processing and 5 days for delivery. No offers for a fast delivery, though I paid them 40 days before. I agreed to for the replacement order.
The next day I got a refund mail saying that they refunded my order. Really????
Customer Service person is telling something and doing something else. What an irresponsible seller.

Rating + 4 Good chair, awful packaging

The chair itself is great, I'm loving it so far. It was easy to assemble and feels very sturdy.

I will echo what other reviews said about the packaging the chair came in. It was HORRIBLE! There was a giant hole in the box where the wheel base of the chair punctured through and I thought for sure that there would be broken pieces. Thankfully, everything was covered in so much bubble wrap that it didn't matter. Even still, if this company continues to send out their chairs in paper boxes (no exaggeration, I could literally rip the box apart with my bare hands) it will only be a matter of time before people start receiving broken products.

Rating + 4 Shipped fast, good quality, accurate listing!

This was better than I expected, the only downside was the fact that the item I bought had 0 extra item pieces for in case you broke something or it got lost. However, at standard shipping, it arrived in 3 days.

Another downside was the fact that they only allowed you to choose standard shipping - no 3-day, 2-day, or overnight options were available.

Overall, not bad for a new seller on here.
